This restaurant is more pricey than similar restaurants in the area, but the quality of the food is so much better. The service was friendly, and the food was delicious. The decor was cute, and the tables were spaced out nicely for us to sit and enjoy our meals. Based on food quality, this is one of the best options in Batesville. Give it a try if you are in the area!

Japanese steak houses are my all time favorite type of restaurants. The chefs here prepare the food deliciously, and the servers are without fail excellent. My only complaint is that I do not get along with “yum yum sauce’ and while you can request a different salad dressing, I wish there was an option for fried rice without it.

We ate here on a Sunday lunch two of us got the hibachi it was just ok the shrimp were over cooked the steak looked like fajita meat not tender. Two of us tried the sushi the rolls were much smaller than we are accustomed to and out of the 3 rolls we got one was good one was mid and one was not salvageable. The staff was friendly

My husband and I wanted hibachi. We were willing to wait so we wouldn’t be the only ones at the table, but they sat us there alone….BORING! There was no “show” from the chef although he was very nice. My first issue was that yumyum sauce is cooked into everything, the protein, veggies and rice. I have NEVER seen that done and I don’t appreciate everything on my plate tasting the same, although I do like yumyum on the side. My husband and I had taken a couple of bites and packed the rest to go and the bill was paid with a generous 22% tip. I was still finishing my wine, so we were sitting there. Mind you, we had only taken about 10 minutes to eat. I had half my wine left when a waitress asked us to go sit in the main dining room if we wanted to talk and finish my wine. I have NEVER been asked to leave a table because people were waiting. We were not hanging out killing time or talking, I was just finishing my wine. We actually could have still been eating, so what would they have done then? I was thinking as we were eating that I would come back and try the main dining room, but have changed my mind. Why would I return to a place that does not value their customers. We should have been allowed the few minutes it would have taken to finish what we paid for without having to leave the table. That was a completely rude move on their part. PS: I got the lobster and there were a few bites that still had shell on.

Not impressed this visit. 1st time not at a grill. Could be the novelty wore off. Food was okay. Server was very attentive. Bill was a bit steep for a luncheon meal.

The food was great, we did the hibachi grill and it was cool. It was my first time going, and I thought it was a delightful experience. He waitress however was rude and demanded a tip. She only got a dollar and a note, saying she should smile more and be better waitress for better tips.
