Whoever is answering the phone right now is disrespectful! I asked to speak to a manager she repeatedly said what do you want. I then said the manager respectfully both times. She then asked again very rude and was disrespectful and the hung up on me. I called back and was told to stop calling her when I’m calling the restaurant to speak to a manager and got hung up on once again. I will be speaking to someone higher up. A ton of people have had the exact issue. She was very unprofessional and definitely is making you lose customers that have been regulars. Disgusting behavior and very disappointed people like that are even working there let alone always treating paying customers like trash. Gross behavior she needs to be FIRED! Don’t waste your money or time.

I’ve been going to Sakura for a while and have noticed that the filet has a past the “best before” date sort of taste. This is only recent; in the past they were using really good filets. But now I’m starting to think they are buying filets that are a little on the ripe side for a discount. I used to really love this place, but I think I’m going to stop going there before I get salmonella or something.

My wife called and was disrespected for asking to speak to a manager. The girl unprofessionally said what do you want and hung up at what establishment does anyone answer a phone like this. This will be handled tomorrow. Lost regulars to terrible employees. Will be spreading the word. DO NOT eat here it’s been like this for months unfortunately we had to deal with this tonight. Foods been going down hill anyways. Already spread the word on Facebook and the amount of people that have dealt with this was crazy. But luckily got better recommendations a win is a win.

Worst Japanese food and terrible service. First, I had to call twice; I was put on hold immediately both times. I phoned from inside my work, and my GPS stated a 6-minute drive. I was on hold the entire time, and I walked in still on hold. The girl at the counter gave me a lot of excuses which were all very unprofessional. The place had 2 customers in it – that’s it! After waiting 25-minutes for our food, it was of poor quality, if was small amounts, and it was not what we ordered. The Hibachi steak and shrimp wasn’t Hibachi at all, just grilled. The Hibachi steak was little tid bits as if you were feeding a child bites or even your pet, and it was cooked medium-well instead of medium-rare. The rice was just steamed rice, no egg, nothing. The vegetables were only onions, and the salad was so chintzy it was pathetic. The Hibachi chicken also ordered was not hibachi, and they were miserly with the chicken. You could tell the food was of cheap and poor quality. They charged me the wrong prices as well. My friend and I will never go back, and I cannot recommend this place.

We came in pretty late after a night at the ballfield. Group of 4 which included a kid who never knows what he wants but likes to try everything. Food came out quick hot and plenty full. Our waitress was very attentive and made accommodations for said kid. Refills were on-time and supplied boxes before we could ask for them. All request were met with a smile and quick service.

Food was terrible!!!!!! Everything taste burnt. I was charged $2.25 for an extra side of teriyaki sauce (which is fine) but the sauce was a cup of an oily mixture that taste burnt! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This meal was terrible. Almost $30 for this dinner plate of Teriyaki Chicken and Steak that comes with Salad (didn’t even get that), Chicken (tasted like rubber) and Steak and Soup (both of these were ok), with rice and noodles (both was overcooked), and vegetables (mainly onions). side order of Shrimp (was like hard plastic) and the broccoli came with it (it was burnt). Asked specifically for Ranch dressing for the salad (didn’t get) and 3 cups of white sauce (the cups were very small). The Teriyaki sauce looked like Jelly.

I’ve been to this location multiple times & I always order the same thing (hibachi chicken, hibachi chicken & rice). I usually don’t have a problem other than occasionally waiting an extra 20-30 minutes past the time the food should be done. But today was the last straw for me. I get home & the plates were only half full. I’ve never received a plate like this & I order here often. Instead of trying to make it right, they argue with me over the phone. I tried to ask for a refund but the guy kept saying that’s a full plate over & over. I did not want to drag my kid back out & drive 15 minutes just for them to look at my plates. Will never be ordering from this restaurant again. Very unprofessional
