Ordered 3 blizzards today. Two were mixed up, which no one paid attention to until half done. I called DQ but they would only replace one if it was returned uneaten. Since it is about half gone I guess I am out of luck. Very disappointed customer.

They get my order wrong every single time I come in. They never ever hear what we say, it’s like they’re assuming what we mean when we say we want something. Sometimes the wrong ice cream, the wrong count tender, the wrong sauce, and sometimes even completely missing items out of our order. This restaurant looks disgusting and makes all of their food seem unappealing. This place is like a last resort. Absolutely do not recommend. Employees need to listen better and confirm the order.

We were in line for 30 min and I had got a strawberry shake and they had put peanuts in it. I also ordered a chicken strip basket with 2 gravies and they gave me ranch and buffalo and some other people in the car ordered food too and their burgers were soggy.

This is not acceptable! So much mustard I had to use multiple napkins to remove it in order to eat. French fries were ice cold! Two single cheeseburgers, one fry, one onion ring and one small drink was almost $14!! Too much Money to spend on subpar food. This is the second time in two weeks we’ve had issues.

The amount of times I’ve come here and my order has been incorrect not just once, but twice is ridiculous. I keep giving chances and I may be done. Orders take forever to be made and usually aren’t correct, and on top of that recently buns on the burgers are covered in some sort of grease and soggy. As someone who has worked fast food I’m appalled. It has to be harder to get orders wrong this consistently than it is to accidentally get a few right. It brings the management into question. My advice, skip this place and go somewhere else, not worth the hassle.

Usually ok and friendly. However on Monday the 12of May, team was terrible that evening. Order arrived almost 1 hour after ordered and they weren’t busy. Just goofing around. Complained and person said “cool” when complained. Asked to speak with manager but nobody came to table. Don’t want to see your standard response because it means nothing to customer.
