I ordered a shrimp and chicken combination. I was very disappointed. I usually dine in, but this time I ordered takeout. The salad was wilted and old. The rice was so dry that I was choking.. for takeout be aware you’re not getting fresh food. A very unsatisfied customer. I have given an Four star for the atmosphere because noone was in the restaurant. 4, stars for service, the hostess was very pleasant.

I went to Sakura to celebrate my aunt’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was fast, the staff were all so pleasant, and the food absolutely delicious. The hibachi performance added a fun and entertaining touch to the evening, making it even more memorable. The restaurant was also very clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend Sakura for anyone looking to enjoy a flavorful meal in a lively, well-kept setting. We’ll be back!

Last night I came to celebrate my birthday with my family. My mom recommended it because the food is good, and it very much was!
I didn’t appreciate the service. Our waiter barely greeted us, wasn’t really listening, was dismissive, and rude. I understand that we had a full party but it just seemed like he didn’t want to wait on us. My mom said she had the same waiter with a worse experience beforehand. She’s about giving people chances which is why I returned with her and my family, but I’m about accountability and being fair to patrons.
The chef cooked the food well but there was also no particular pride in the performance. Didn’t bother me too much but to be honest that’s why we came to experience Hibachi.
I would love to come back because the food was great, but I don’t like going to establishments where I don’t feel welcomed.

I went here for a business meeting. And this was just amazing and fun. Every one at our table had a blast. We did go on the weekend. And it was quite busy in parking was a little bit of an issue, but other than that, it was great. So I recommend get there early to park if you’re meeting someone.

I really enjoyed myself here. My daughter took me out for brunch and it was well worth the ride. We were seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly. But our chef he was Amazing . He had us giggling the entire time. He was very friendly and had a great since of humor. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. I will be going back to celebrate my birthday this weekend with friends. I think this establishment will be my new go to place for fresh cooked Japanese food.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
We came as a family of three with a toddler and were immediately treated as an inconvenience. Despite empty hibachi tables, we were pushed to the far end of a table, clearly separated because we had a young child.
Then the server, rushing to attend other guests, dumped an entire tray of drinks onto my child and my husband. My toddler was soaked and crying. The server walked away without helping, without clearing the mess, and without even asking if my child was okay.
We were left sitting in spilled drinks and ice while my husband cleaned the table himself and we tried to change our child’s clothes. We were ignored while service continued normally for other tables. When the server finally returned, there was still no urgency, no apology, and not enough clean napkins.
When we decided to leave, the host and manager showed zero concern.
This place is careless, dismissive, and completely unprepared to serve families. Do not bring young children here. We will never return.

One of the better deals for sushi in Howard County. Sashimi is cut a little thin, but the taste is spot on and the price is right. Will definitely go back!
