Wonderful experience. We went in about a week ago when in town and really enjoyed it. This was by far the cleanest chain restaurant I have dined at in a while. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place over the other chain restaurant on Richmond road.

Store was a little empty today but I don’t like a crowd… The food and service was amazing!! The melted cheese on my burrito bowl was fire! This place is definitely a lot better than Chipotle, especially with Chipotle always raising their prices.

Very patient and friendly. I have 2 kids on the spectrum so ordering can be a bit difficult. We were not rushed or talked down to. The food is always amazing. The tofu is so good!

Best Moe’s (and/or fast casual) experience! I want to specifically call out the team. They’re always very friendly with their service, quick, and consistent across the many times we’ve been here. Whether ordering in-store versus online, we receive the same quantity and quality of food, to the point where we remark every time we leave the restaurant: “the service is just so good there.” Not many places garner that type of reaction time and time again. Kudos to the staff and the management team for holding themselves to high standards and thank you!

Do not order online or through the app! This has happened to me 2 times. I order a cup of guacamole with my bowl and it wasn’t in there when I called the store to tell them about it the manager had an attitude. I told her I had my receipt to prove I bought it but she insisted on checking the cameras to see if the employees put it in the bag. Assuming that I am lying and just trying to get free food.

Moe’s Southwest Grill was a good stop. The staff seemed a bit tired, but they were still friendly and helpful. I really liked the build-your-own bowl, being able to customize everything is a big plus. My husband got the build-your-own burrito and really enjoyed it too. The food was fresh and tasty. The seating area was clean and had plenty of space. My son just wanted plain rice, and he ate every bite, so that says something! Overall, it was a solid, quick meal and a good experience.
