The manager or owner, or whoever was behind the counter on Christmas Eve 12/24/2025 was disgustingly rude and disrespectful towards me and my father. I placed my order on door dash for pickup so I already paid for mine and my family’s food which cost $150.00. When we arrived to pick it up I went to the counter to let them know who I was and before I could even finish he rudely cut me off to tell me it would be 15 more minutes. I brushed it off and wait in the lobby. I notice that they have a fridge in the front and begin to examine some of the drink options. There’s no sign on the fridge or in the lobby that states they need to check ID before touching merchandise or alcoholic beverages (I’m a grown 37 year old man btw), but in the midst of me looking at the alcoholic beverages in the fridge the man behind the counter immediately starts yelling and being rude and disrespectful to me and my father. Then after I explain to him there is no sign that says he needs to check ID anywhere or on the fridge in the lobby he proceeds to make an extreme deal about it and I begin to just leave it alone and he then insists on badgering me and being rude and ignorant towards me and my father now. So because legally he was wrong, now he’s intentionally trying to be even more aggressive and rude towards me I then finally told him to please just get my food I paid for and leave us be. I thought it was over and he still persistently antagonized me and just had to be rude towards me. The employees that worked there came up one by one sincerely apologizing for his behavior and yet not one apology from the manager or owner himself. I’m a black Samoan man and the employees even stated to me that he was not like this at all with any of his more fair skinned white customers. This was a horrible experience and I will never be a customer here ever again.

This place is awesome. Went with party of 4. Kinda pricey but you get alot with your meal. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Definitely going back. They chef puts on a show for you. All meals come with onion soup, salad, fried rice, and appetizer. I got the shrimp and prime rib steak. A must try rest!

I have been to Hibachi before and usually find it fun and exciting. That was not my experience this Christmas Eve. We had a party of 7 and were seated relatively quickly. The drink orders were taken after some time, then the dinner orders. The wait staff and cook seemed pensive and not very friendly. The orders we made got very mixed up; some things that were ordered were forgotten. After the initial drink order, we were never offered further drinks. The strip steak was inedible, tough as nails. I like the Hibachi experience, but I do not think I will return there. Also, it is advertised that they have sushi, but it is no longer offered. In my opinion, there was insufficient staff and a mood of indifference that permeated the atmosphere.

Hibachi is always fun. This place is spacious and has friendly staff. Most delicious hibachi steak I have ever had. FYI – They have bean sprouts instead of noodles. Would recommend the filet and shrimp combo.

My husband and his father were treated like absolute trash were picking up our food by the manager/owner. I won’t get into details but I will say this establishment will never get another penny from our family.

I’ve been to Sakura multiple times, and while I rated it 3 stars, I want to start by saying the food itself is always great. The hibachi experience is enjoyable, and the flavors are consistently solid.

The main reason for my 3-star rating is the absence of a sushi bar. I used to always enjoy getting a roll or two with my meal, but since the sushi chef retired, they decided to shut it down entirely. For me, that takes away from the full experience of dining at a Japanese steak house.

Another issue I’ve run into more than once is asking for double rice and not receiving it. While it may seem like a small detail, it’s something I specifically request and look forward to, so it’s disappointing when it doesn’t happen.

Overall, Sakura is still a good spot for hibachi if that’s what you’re craving, but losing the sushi bar and small service slip-ups hold it back from being the 5-star experience it used to be.

Had date night here and loved the experience. We were able to just have us at a table and our cook was very nice to just the two of us. Our waitress was a sweetheart as well. The food was very good and cooked perfectly to the requests.

Sakura was a great birthday dinner. I had a green dragon to drink, filet mignon and chicken for a main course, and steamed rice with vegetables on the side. The service was incredible, the food was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the drink complimented the meal just right. If you’re looking for dinner with a show, this a great experience.

Ms. Sir, sloppy Lane the quote “manager” sat another table before us so I asked her Why they were seated before us and she said because your whole party isn’t here. Then she proceeds with attitude to ask if my party wants to eat here or not. I almost asked do you want your teeth in your mouth or not. She /he needs to be fired Looks and Acts sloppy.
Btw my whole party was here for 25 minutes
