We tried this hibachi for the first time with our daughter. The atmosphere is always fun, entertaining and silly with the throwing of food and egg cracking. Workers are helpful, and the food was fresh. It can get busy. The only negatives I’d say is for one we asked for medium well for our toddler and the steak was pretty raw. Also, the cooks a little pushy on those who kept saying no and didn’t want to take part.

The food was delicious and it was a nice evening and experience for all of us ladies, younger and older alike. We all have different tastes to say the least. There were 4 adults and 3 tweens. We enjoyed the food being prepared by the chefs. Their professionalism and friendly vibes were in full supply. We had a couple who were also at our table. Those table mates weren’t very impressed and basically complained about everything. The chef took it in stride. He was very expressive and animated, and exchanged pleasantries with our young tweens at our table. As for thar other couple, I dont think they’re headed to the altar anytime soon…

Excellent service. My husband and I visited tonight with our toddler. It was our daughter’s first hibachi experience and the staff was very helpful. The chef was attentive to details in that he took the time to cut her food into smaller bites, which was much appreciated.

This is the place I go when I have a craving for sushi and don’t want to go somewhere too far away. Is it the best sushi out there in CT? No, but it’s always fresh and really doesn’t disappoint too much. I never had a problem with the food or service I think they do a really good job here. They even accommodated me for my white fish allergy. I would recommend you get the sushi combo platter, bento box, or the fried ice cream (for dessert).

Unusually, we always visit this Hibachi place but I had never posted a review until I could see everything and try everything. On this occasion, I loved the punctuality and the way they scheduled our appointment.
It all started with a salad starter and a mushroom soup, which was delicious and also very fresh. The salad was on point, and the soup is exquisite.
After the entrance we decided to try some drinks which we opted for red and white sangrias and one of the group ordered a jalapeno martini. Everything was fine except that the sangrias were missing the fruits inside. but everything tasted very good. The children ordered a Japanese soda, which had a ball on the top so they could uncover it or push it up! Something very creative for the children, we really liked it.
We ordered a combination of salmon and shrimp.

Made reservations for 7:15, arrived just to find out that one of the managers booked a party of 17 for their own family that occupied the entire restaurant. Other customers standing and waiting for over an hour that had reservations long before the managers party arrived. Very disappointed.

We came in for a family dinner and were absolutely delighted. Food was amazing but our Hibachi experience with Aiden was the best. We have been here in serval other occasions and frequent other Hibachi and this was by far the best we have ever had. His showmanship, humor and personalized experience made our dinner memorable. We will always ask for him anytime we return and can’t wait for our next dinner!

Quaint space perfect for meeting up with friends or as a date night. Menu has plenty to offer and service is both friendly and quick. Prices match what you’d see at similar places , though the pieces of sushi did seem smaller. The serving size was spot on regardless and everything tasted great!
