Picked up a DoorDash order from Sakura and the food itself seemed fine, but the wait time was extremely long. The order was well past the pickup time and there was very little communication about when it would be ready. I understand places get busy, but better time management or updates would really help delivery drivers and customers. Hoping this improves in the future.

All you can eat is definitely worth the price. Great options and fresh ingredients. I wish they had a few sushi options with the AYCE not just rolls, but other than that, no complaints. If you like sushi, you should try!

First time ordering from this place. Placed order over phone and was told 25 minutes. Arrived after 25 minutes , wasnt greeted when entered. Waited at front for about 5 minutes. Lady looked at me from register but didnt acknowledge me then looked at me again and said “yes”. Said i was here for pickup. Order was not even made and even better the ticket for my order wasnt even printed. Lady printed order and gave to sushi guy who looked like he didnt want to be bothered while he was making sushi. Told them dont even bother and walked out.

They hit all the notes you want in your Japanese eatery. The sushi is great. It always has the best ingredients. Always fresh, always cut immaculately, perfect size. The chef’s skill with a blade is appreciated in all the dishes, but really shines in the sushi. The donuts on the menu as appetizers are great togo for something sweet it home. The Alaska roll and Rainbow rolls are incredibly good.

I have been a customer of this location for at least 7 years now, and have never been disappointed with the quality of sushi served at the price they charge. It is not the best sushi I have ever had but is the best over all in terms of getting the most for your dollar. The staff have always been friendly and in seven years I have always received exactly what I ordered without even forgetting to add my side of spicy mayo I always order!

The tuna and mackerel sashimi here was the best that I’ve ever had. Very large pieces for the price. The rolls that we got were great too. Normally, a spicy tuna roll is a backup roll for us, but here it can be a star. The Sun Roll and the Butterfly Roll were both amazing. 100% recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

So why should you eat at Sakura’s? Put simply the quantity matches the quality. Is this 5* sushi, no but for an all you can eat it is worth the value paid and more. The fish is very fresh and you can see the chef preparing every roll with care. I have been coming here many years and outside of the fact that it is not in the nicest part of town it is a great place to eat!
