This was my first and last time buying from them. I ordered beef teriyaki with supposed sauce and white rice. The meat did not taste like real beef. Sauce or whatever that was, oily, greasy, funny nasty taste. Just disgusting! I threw it in the trash. $10.98 what a WASTE!

Cheap tables and chairs were a big turn off in this location. Food was of moderate quality where anyone can make in a generic mall food court. Japanese usually has much tastier components and products.

I’ve been going to their Harrison location for years. It’s always good food and the Newark local is no exception . I usually avoid getting the vegetables when I order Lo mein because I feel like they dumped too much of it on at the expense of the noodles and meat. But other than that, it’s a great place to get a quick bite.

Ordered here once through Uber prior to coming in for the first time today. My partner likes Sarku Japan’s teriyaki better, but for the price and portion, I think this place is still tasty and gets the job done, considering it’s just a 20 min walk for me at the moment. What I do appreciate is they cook the veggies all the way. Teriyaki madness down the street gives alot more veggies with the bowl but never cooks them down enough, always half raw and I’m not a fan of that especially since T.M is alot pricier for what you get . Overall, I am satisfied, thank you

I enjoyed the rolls that I ordered the last time I was in town, and made it a point to go back again this trip. I was not disappointed! This time, I ordered the spider roll, dragon roll and sakura roll. All three were fresh and flavorful. Prices are fair. I’ll be back!
