We had the absolute best experience. Celebrating our anniversary and trying something new. The prices were fair but the food was so good. I have an expectation with hibachi that few places seem to meet but this exceeded my highest expectations at a price that was fair! And our chef was excellent! 10/10 recommend

The atmosphere is very cozy and quaint. The noise is about as you’d expect at a Hibachi. The food is excellent and well-presented. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall, this has become one of my favorite places to eat because the bento boxes are very filling for a great value.

Took a few customers here for lunch. Service was great. Food was really good. Worth a visit if you are local or in town. I eat a lot of Asian food and overall this was probably a 7.5/10. Would return to this location.

We stayed at a hotel in Charleton, WV and preferred to eat elsewhere which wasn’t too far of a drive. Plus, me and my girlfriend wanted Asian food. Lo and behold, we found Sakura which was only a 3-minute drive. Upon entering, we were helped by a dedicated staff. They were attentive, very friendly and worked at a brilliant pace. The food we had filled our stomachs. I had Chicken Katsu w/ rice, salad and miso soup and she had Udon noodles with chicken and fried rice. In the end, we shared tempura ice cream. It was so good. We’ll definitely come back here for sure if we’ll ever head this way again on our road trip. Thanks, Sakura in Charleston, West Virginia. Love you guys!

We had some sushi, it tasted very good but there’s only 6 pieces on the regular rolls and everywhere else I’ve been to (almost every one in the tristate area) have 8 on almost all regular rolls. Then we ordered a to go order for brother at home, they bring everything out on a plate and bowl. We ask for a box, the waiter brought a box then took off with the rice and soup and threw it away. Little brother had no soup nor rice. He was sad. Think about our little brother. 🙁

This is the best Japanese you could possibly get anywhere in this state. Out of the five years I’ve lived here, I’ve never tasted anything I didn’t like. I have eaten so much of their sashimi and raw sushi over the years and never had an instance of sickness so I know their supplies are always fresh. The service is never bad and the menu has a lot to choose from. Which is a problem for me because I spend on average $150 every time I go there trying to get a taste of all my favorites. I would literally recommend everything they have on their menu. My fiance is a picky eater and he said that his hibachi was the best steak he’s ever had. If you haven’t gone, you need to. They’re worth every single cent.

This Japanese restaurant impressed us on the way back Ohio from New River national park. Our server was so polite and the food was served fast. The chicken hibachi noodle was mediocre compared with their tempura and udon. We really liked their shrimp and vegetable tempura with a great size. The soy sauce enhanced the taste of fried shrimp and vegetables. Their udon tasted decent without too much salt or oil.
Surprisingly, the dinner price was much lower than what we expected. The service was excellent. WiFi was fast. The place was decorated lovely in Japanese style with a great bar and screens.
