Food was not amazing or anything, but it was decent. Service was a little lacking. One waitress seated us but then ended her shift without telling anyone. Eventually another waitress figured it out. She was pleasant but rather slow. My 7yo daughter loved the cheese curds and her bread stick, but wasn’t nuts about the spaghetti. Pizza was alright.

Food was delicious on the Friday night buffet, service was practically non existent. This is the second time we chose to try out this site and I have to say I’m not impressed. They don’t even give you a cordial greeting like hello or how’s your evening. What can I do for you tonight.?”. It felt like we were corralled to a feed trough. We usually hit the lunch buffet on the west side and though the building is older the service is always top notch with the kind and friendly staff, this staff could use some training on customer service if they want to earn those 20% tips which I always gave until today. Also tried out the lunch buffet in Howard last month and the server was friendly. Second time trying this spot and hoped last time was just a fluke. But it wasnt.

Overall, everything was good. We didn’t care for their homemade BBQ sauce but that’s personal preference. Just be aware it is not a traditional BBQ sauce. Onion rings and sauce delicious. Good calzones.

Went here on 9/17/21 at 5pm with a friend. We decided on checking out the buffet. When we arrived we found they did have outside seating. The inside is big, a lot of room and clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. There is a small bar area. They also have some tv’s on the walls.

I have been eating at the Green Bay West location for years until I recently moved to the east side of Green Bay. The first time I tried to call in an order in the East location, I was immediately hung up on. When I put in an order on the internet and went to pick it up, none of the staff even remotely acknowledged me for 5 minutes, followed by almost giving me someone else’s order when I was finally attended to. When I arrived home, I found the top to the sauce for one of my orders to have melted into it.

Ordered online. Called to edit the order but was hung up on 10 seconds into ringing. Now, I’ve managed restaurants, the ring almost always continues unless you pick up or takes 30 seconds before going to voicemail, I got the quick click, you dont end customers calls before picking up, you answer and put them on hold if you are busy, but maps say the store isnt busy & its 3pm on a rainy Monday so I suspect maps is right. Not acceptable at all, if it was an accident you call back, my number isnt private, I waited over 10 minutes and no callback, not even when the order was meant to be ready.

After a long convention weekend all we wanted Sunday evening was to crash in our hotel room and eat some comfort food. We searched the Green Bay area and Gallagher’s Pizza was highly recommended (and just down the road from our hotel)! We ordered an 18″ hand tossed pizza, breadsticks, and boneless wings – it was a LOT of food and totally delicious! Zero complaints, although we probably should have ordered a smaller pizza, but we were able to put the leftovers in our fridge for later. We didn’t dine in but saw many people enjoying dinner on the open patio.
