Good vibes. The chef seemed to just be going through the motions. Didn’t talk except to ask basic questions about food choices. I’ve had more entertaining chefs. The food was cooked today perfection

I have been eating here for many years! The food and service has always been top notch. The sushi made by there Sushi chef Koji is the best and once you eat it you will know why he has received so many awards worldwide. It’s locally owned by someone I now call a great friend. This review isn’t based off the fact my friend is the owner it comes from the top tier food and service!!!

My sisters-in-law and I enjoyed a ladies’ only dinner here. It was good. The server was always checking in on us and provided great service. The food was good, good portions and prices was ok. Definitely would go again.

Note: if you go during the dinner rushes, good luck.

Went on valentines night and it was a 2hr wait without a reservation. Our server was a hmong girl and she was super sweet and helpful! Got the drunk cousin roll and yo mama roll, and both were big and soooo delicious! Tuna sashimi is always good, and I loved how they cut up the spicy baked mussels before so it’s easier to eat! Love it here!

An amazing service for birthdays and celebrations. enjoy the food, water atmosphere. the guest come in with smiles and great vibes.

great food standards and quality
cooking fish and then chicken and then beef with great skill and not cross contamination. I enjoyed watching the cook make food then put on a crazy show but that’s just me. the cook we had was perfect polite and made sure we were full.

Every time I visit it’s a great experience, I was there for my birthday mid January it was a great experience the cook and the servers are very friendly the people we get to share the table with are very friendly every time. I love it here, if you go try skipping prior meal, this place serves a lot of food. I always go for hibachi idk about the table experience. It is pricy but the experience makes it worth it. Also, make reservations otherwise if it’s a busy day you’ll be waiting a while.

Worst customer service ever. We usually order take-out and our orders are all over $300 to $400. Several times per month. For over 10 years. Through the pandemic and more. Suffice to say, we have gotten a lot of food here. But the new staff is so bad, and care so little about their customers that we just can’t support them anymore. We ordered over $400 of take-out, waited over an hour, just to get shined on. No food. Almost two hours later, food was cold and everyone who we ordered food for got sonething else to eat. Sorry guys, but I am over it. And I’m the one who pays all the time. So we, and I mean me, are done.

I like coming here for Japanese food besides sushi and teppanaki. Although they have both of those things, they also have other dishes like yakisakami, a dish of seafood or meat covered in slightly spicy mayonnaise type sauce over potato salad, and shogi aki, meat and veggies in a ginger sauce on a skillet. There was a little too much ginger in this dish for my taste . The people are all nice but the service is a little bit slow. That seems to happen a lot. Inside is nice enough with a big fish tank. when I get a hankering of this kind of food, I will be back.

After my dinner experience last night, I’m reminded of why I stopped going there. We had reservations for 8:00 PM and didn’t get seated until around 8:35. By the way, this was our Valentines date to prevent any delays on going out on the actual day. The scent of gas coming from the Tapanyaki tables was so strong it was making me sick. It was also so hot that my ice in my drink melted and the waiter never came back for refills. We ordered some appetizers that never came out until they were cold. It took over 40 minutes to get our soup/salad. I ordered 2 drinks from the bar and it took over 35 minutes before we received them because our waiter was useless and forgot. I ordered fried rice with no egg or bacon (no allergies, just preference) and instead of making it on the grill, they made it in the back and it was bland, cold and hard by the time the waiter remembered to bring it out. I didn’t pay for kitchen food, I paid for tapanyaki food. I could’ve just went to Panda Express if I wanted “fried rice”. The the cook came out and asked if there were any birthdays and when the people seated at the table said no, he said… “good you made my job easier”. Basically it meant he didn’t have to put on a show for us because he clearly didn’t. It was so boring. As while the guy cooking behind him was juggling with fire and putting forth some entertainment and effort. Then our chef kept adding seasonings on this scalding hot grill and burnt the seasoning which blended into my food and it tasted burnt throughout. THEN the audacity to hand me a $113 check at the end was more than infuriating. The overall experience was trash and a complete waste of my time and money.
