Custom ordered the Krispy Rice Spicy Tuna and it was fantastic!! Also got the regular spicy tuna, miso soup, and hot tea. Service was phenomenal! My tea cup was always kept full and the chefs were so nice!

We’re new to the area and this restaurant came highly recommended by friends. They seated all 6 of us in a private room and our experience kept getting better and better. Our server was Dino and let me tell you by the end of our dinner I was ready to invite this man to our Christmas party. He was funny , attentive, he remembered our boys names, and his service was impressive. If you ever go to this gem, ask for Dino he’s the best damn server in Fresno.

I had not been here in years, but a dear friend and I were here for lunch yesterday. The food was delicious: the tempura was perfectly crispy, the chicken was tender, everything was fresh. The service was friendly and efficient, and even though they were in the middle of the lunch rush, they let us take our time and catch up. I note all this because you really don’t experience this much anymore—a place that is as on-point as you remembered it to be. That’s rare! We’re definitely going to be back more often.

Our party dined in for dinner. The menu is a good size with various options. We ordered a bento box, a couple sushi rolls, and a seaweed salad. Nice presentation, but the taste and [lack of] flavor was underwhelming. I wanted to like it, but overall, we had a disappointing experience with low quality of food and service. It was also warm with seemingly no air circulation.

I LOVED coming here for sushi… but for the past few years, they’ve dropped the ball. The sushi is room temperature and the fabric Napkins and silverware are poorly washed. I just expect more from a high cuisine restaurant. I’ve given them multiple tries in the past couple of years and I’m convinced not to return after this past time. Made reservations then found out it was the wrong one, wouldn’t make it to other in time so went to the bar. We ordered food there the bartender was amazing and knew her stuff. Her name Claire got us food fast very friendly. Definitely made our experience amazing. Thank you!!!

We had a birthday party of 11 and literally were rushed the moment we walked in. We weren’t late either. Rude customer service here and no one looked like they liked their job. They rush you through out the whole process. For the price people are paying this should be a downright great experience but it was far from that. No personality from any of the workers. The food was subpar and bland. The chicken was overcooked. My husband was not pleased with his food at all and no replacement was offered so he sat there and watched us all eat while he starved. We had to ask for them to take it off the bill since all he enjoyed was a glass of free water. First time and last time. This is supposed to be a fun experience and it was far from that all due to lack of customer service and personality. I could go on but I am probably wasting my time as it probably won’t get read or responded to anyway.
