Hidden gem in Homestead, FL !
Started off with a glass of New Zealand 2024 Misty Cove Sauvignon Blanc wonderful and fresh.
We order a little bit of everything. From Fried Dumplings to sushi rolls from their speciality rolls to dessert. Everything was made to perfection, very tasty and fresh. Staff is very friendly and extremely patience as the gentleman came like 3 times to our table and we were so undecided.

I’m new to the area and decided to try just one roll so I wouldn’t be surprised, and I ended up truly impressed. The flavors and freshness are absolutely indescribable. If you enjoy a sweet touch, I highly recommend the Passion Fruit Roll. For those who prefer something more classic and balanced, the Sensation Roll is perfect. This will definitely be my place every time I’m craving sushi.

We are new to Homestead and been looking for a good quality sushi place. We found out about Kae Homestead (they also have Kae in Coral Gables) through a neighbor and honestly it was a great recommendation. For the beginning, the ambiance was very pleasant but what really got us was the diversity of flavors in dishes that we had. We started with the Neptuno Salad (a must!) followed by two their signature 5 sushi rolls; the Kae roll and the Toro Caviar roll. Amazing is still short to describe the cocktail of flavors we had with every roll. Don’t be fooled by the number. They will fill you up. We closed with the Thai donuts (cause why not?). These fluffy airie puff were a delight. They could be eaten alone or with the creamy sauce that accompanies them. And the presentation! Just beautiful and original. So happy we finally great such close to home!

Sake Thai & Sushi is amazing! I ordered the ramen and spring rolls and both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The broth was rich and satisfying, and the spring rolls were crispy and delicious. Great food and great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Update: I’m so glad I gave this place a second chance! My first visit wasn’t great, but this time around, the experience was night and day. The service was attentive and the food was excellent.
The Ramen was significantly better than last time—richer broth and perfectly cooked noodles. We also branched out and tried some specialty sushi; the Meat Lovers and Guava Rolls are incredibly unique and packed with flavor. Even the Pad Thai was a hit. This has officially earned a spot in our rotation!

Came to lunch with my honey right before picking up my baby at 2. Sat outside in the nice breeze. Was greeted by Kathy who sat us and took our order. She gave us a recommendation due to them not having an ingredient for one of the rules that we ordered. Ultimately, it was a great decision because it was so delicious and this is coming from someone who doesn’t even like tuna. We ordered the egg fried rice, a Hamachi tiradito, The meat lovers roll And her recommendation of the passionfruit roll. This meal portion and flavors were perfect. Kathy was great with her attention and customer service. And I definitely feel like she got a win out of getting me to eat tuna. Thank you so much, Kathy

We were in town for the weekend and saw this restaurant and decided to stop for lunch. It was a great decision. The food was AMAZING and DELICIOUS!! The staff was friendly. Our server Daniela was sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations. If I’m ever in the area again. We will definitely be back!!!
