2nd experience- app came out quick, ordered food, waited over 45 mins, food came out missing sauce, food was cold, bun hard as rock, not edible, asked for blue cheese, did not receive, no one checked on how food was, took forever for water refills. Didn’t even get to eat 1 of meals. Trash and food all over floor.

1st experience- Ordered drinks & food as soon as we arrived. We saw tons of staff members. Waited over 35 minutes still no food, waitress stated that our food was still a ways away and that there were nine food ticket orders in before ours. Canceled food and left.

This location is the worst!

We have not been here in quite some time, but it seems to be better than it was. The food is pretty good. It does get loud when they are busy. Full of families getting dinner after sports practice. But overall, it’s a decent place to get a bit to eat if you like wings.

They got to do better about carry out . Last night I came in at 930pm, I am a blazing member so I order alot. So I make this review in hopes for some improvement not to be entitled which there is alot of that in Harrison.

Its been a build up of several times coming in . Usually when its very busy the wings come out perfect and not a crazy amount of sauce. May i suggest light sauce options on the app? But when its not busy they are usually pretty bad and way way to much sauce and sometimes miss a wing or 2 .

I came in and stand by the counter for Usually a good amount time . This time I standed there awhile with several employees not greeting me . Then one employee came to counter to grab something, look pass me at some boys and preceded to ignore me to walk over there . They were way more concerned with cleaning and leaving which i can understand if I wasn’t standing there .

The greeting is usually 4/5 good but this women that’s usually there with the glasses could be a little nicer , she seems upset that you are ordering from there .

The wings this time were way way to saucy and it can be a trigger for my ibs or eczema on the hands .

Dine in experience is usually a 5/5 , i have no problems with dining in . But with carry out it needs work . I do like the new box design that let the wings breathe so they keep a crispy factor and if to much moisture its not a good wing .

One of the worst services I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We arrived at 6 p.m. during rush time with a party of 7. We got a table fast, which surprised us because it was pretty crowded. After sitting down, it took about 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order (it was crowded, so no problem there). After taking our order and dropping off our beers, one of the beers was flat with almost zero carbonation. After mentioning this, she responded by saying the keg was not out yet and they can’t untap it until it’s completely out, which means multiple customers were getting flat beers. We waited almost an hour and a half to receive our food; we were missing some orders, and it arrived lukewarm at best. It was probably sitting on a shelf for about 20-30 minutes before it arrived at our table. We ate our lukewarm food, and after she came back to check on our table, we told her our food was cold. She responded with “Why didn’t you yell at me?” She said she would talk with the manager and came back with a 30% discount on our order (which was exclusively for the food). I believe the cherry on top was all the tables next to us arrived after us, ordered, received their food, ate, paid, and left before we even received our food (which one was a party of 8). The worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere, and I will never be back. Hopefully, they get a competent manager and get this store back on track.

I’m usually not one to complain. But what happened tonight was ridiculous. I ordered our food. Sat and waited and waited and the serves told us 4 times, “it should be out any second” tables that came after us were served before us. The food finally came and all of it was cold. The server said she put a discount on the check since it was cold, but there was no discount. I also waited on a desert for my daughter since it was her birthday, about 30 minutes passed and I left with out it coming. This location is not worth it.

Food not good at all. Order French fries and they came out cold. Told waitress and she got an attitude with us. They need a serious lesson in customer service. When I order my food which is also expensive but it should at least be warm/hot when its delivered to my table. Never will go back.

I was not impressed. The place is huge, but when its packed, it takes a while to get your food (Kitchen staff needs increased? If not staffed properly, sit less people?). My daughter ordered mild wings, but they do not taste like the mild I remember and they are pretty spicy (Maybe the recipe changed?) Used the restroom and there are no paper towels, the door opens inward and has no way to open it without touching the handle. When my bill came my tall beer was cheaper than my regular sized beer. If there was a deal like that it would have been nice if the server had mentioned it when I changed to a short. Looks nice, but good service, communication, and more thought into safety would be nice. Think about it. Not everyone washes their hands, then the staff go in and have to touch the same door handle the rest of us do. The germs spread like crazy while they handle our food and bring us our orders, plus whatever germs we get from it.

Feels like it used to be a great spot and now you can get a table quick, but then over an hour for cold food, and 40 min for the server to come back. There was also apparently no silverware in house. It’s weird because you can see people standing around and its not horribly busy like it can be
