Very fresh food. Server and the cook were great refilling drinks and doing any special requests. The food was made right in front of us fresh it was amazing. I will definitely return! Only negative thing was we did wait 10 min past our reservation they were very busy so I understand!!

We were out of town and read the reviews about this place. The restaurant was very nice and clean. I ordered chicken Udon noodles and it tasted like lomein, but it was still delicious. My wife ordered a steak dish that was well presented and had nice flavor.

Out of all of the local hibachi places, this location is truly our favorite! The chefs are the best, very engaging and funny. Great prices for the choices, happy hour has a lot of options, plus the place clean & visually appealing . It’s my kids and I go to on a late night. With the added benefit of great services all around. You won’t be disappointed, unless you go on a busy night, even then. It’s worth the wait.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this Japanese sushi restaurant! The food quality was absolutely excellent — every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so warmly welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the manager and the sushi chef, who went above and beyond to make our meal special.

What impressed us most was the tailor-made menu thoughtfully designed to suit our dining preferences. It felt very personalized, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail.

The prices were very reasonable given the high quality, and the presentation of the dishes was both elegant and artistic — blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with a modern New York Manhattan style flair.

We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We loved it for a family night out. Our Hibachi chef, Allen, was so funny and engaging. He made us laugh throughout our meal and made delicious food. There were multiple celebrations around us for birthdays. Seems like the perfect place to have a birthday meal out! Looking forward to going back soon.

Best sushi around. I was so sad when San Sushi in Towson closed down. We had been going there for 20+years. The same sushi chef not only is very pleasant and interactive, we love watching him create his food art. Definitely an artist. The price was VERY reasonable.

Good Food, Great Service, & Friendly Staff!! Our server – Jake was top tier and definitely on point. He consistently tended to the table. The restaurant was a tad noisy from the hibachi area but overall very nice.

Today was a great experience we had habchi steak, chicken and shrimp for our entrees. Then gyoza, short rib and the Baltimore roll for appetizer. The food was delicious. I think the only thing we didn’t care for was the short rib being too fatty for us. But our waiter Jake was attentive and make some really good drinks for us. This was a great new spot for us to find in the neighborhood. We will be returning.

I used to come to this place when it was Sakura. I’m not sure if it’s just a rebrand or a whole new owner, but the food was awful. The hibachi grill seating was a 1.5 hour wait, so we went to the normal dinning area instead as the staff insisted the food was the same. The food was half cold and had no flavor. The only thing with flavor was the fried rice, but that was saltier than me writing this review. The service was also pretty bad. It took 20 minutes to get water and soda, then another 20 minutes to get our order. Then she realized she never got us silverware, so that was another 5 minutes. The two tables around us were dirty the whole time and were never cleared. Seeing the almost full plates of food should’ve been a sign it was going to be a waste of money.

My disappointment is immeasurable, and my evening is ruined.

A beautiful restaurant greeted and seated by a very pleasant Hostess Faith. Service was fast my Server Grace was extremely attentive professional and knowledgeable. I had the Shrimp and vegetable tempura which was perfect hot and crispy. I also had the Rich Roll and the Dragon Roll the presentation was excellent however I was disappointed the wasabi and ginger were very bland no kick to the wasabi. Portions were large. The Hibachi area looked huge. I would suggest some oversized plants in the big open space at the beginning of the hibachi area and in the table area. The contrast of the greenery and mahogany would be a great addition.
