We offer in-house delivery to Charlotte, NC and its Suburbs along with our storefront being open to the public Tuesday through Saturday. Breakfast and Lunch. We currently offer 15+ bagel flavors and rotating cream cheese flavors daily. Our main focus is making the best bagels possible with the highest quality ingredients. We proudly serve Boar’s Head Meat and Cheese and serve local coffee from Sugar Creek Coffee Roasters. You must also try our in-house pastries, cookies, crumb cake and muffins. Used to LOVE this place – friendly and kind owner/staff, loved the local feel but the bagels lately have been incredibly overdone and tough. I like a chewy/toasty bagel but this is NOT it. Very hard, crunchy exteriors and they used to not be like this! We were fans before the storefront and have given them multiple visits lately to see if the overdoneness was a fluke and tried multiple kinds. Disappointed.

First time here. A little farther away than I usually go but overall I would recommend. Service was fast and friendly. Location is more to take out as the seating seems like an addition rather than the main focus. Had a bagel sandwich and hash brown. Overall tasty but would skip the hash brown patty – nothing special. If looking for a quick bite at a local place, would recommend.

I cannot believe that I didn’t hear about this place sooner. The bagels here absolutely rule. An awesome assortment of flavors, the majority of them were all vegan (minus of course egg-cheese flavored items). Staff was super nice. We went on a Saturday AM and the place was rocking. Really affordable and really delicious. Hope this place continues to crush. Can’t wait to bring my dad next time he visits.

I haven’t physically been in the store yet but we tried the delivery service for the first time and they JUST delivered today up near Harrisburg STILL WARM. These were simply the best bagels I have had in NC and I am obsessed with bagels. Everything was labeled and packaged nicely, only negative is they had no egg so it was substituted for plain which I’m completely ok with! Also the delivery fee is super reasonable! Definitely earned s new a regular here now! A++

Have lived across from this place since they opened. I usually work during their open hours but I was nearby for lunch and got a jalapeño bagel with black garlic cream cheese.
I would recommend this place to anyone, truly the best bagel I’ve ever had. They could’ve charged 50% more and I would’ve been completely satisfied.

Why haven’t I left a review yet?! Forget impersonal chains, this gem is pure family magic. The bagels? Perfection! Cream cheese? Flavors galore! My wife and I visit and want to order one of every bagel! Our favorites… jalapeño, everything, Asiago, blueberry! And each one is paired so perfectly with their cream cheese options! Their Asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese… oh my goodness. The jalapeño cream cheese… holy cow. The blueberry cream cheese with the blueberry bagels… sublime. But the real star is the warm, welcoming vibe. The owners treat you like family, remembering you and sharing genuine smiles. Please support them! We used to order their bagels when BagelGram would deliver and now they are just down the street! I’ll try to take pictures of the bagels but they don’t last long enough for me to remember!

What good bagels! They just opened the storefront by our home, so my husband went at 9:00am today and they only had a handful of bagels left and they sold out by 9:30. We got 1/2 dozen mixed and I had the Cinnamon Raisin, which was excellent! We also bought a tub of their whipped cream cheese.
This week was their soft opening, so I am excited to see what other goodies they will be selling.

Tried them out today. The owner Kevin is super nice. It’s the best bagel I’ve had in charlotte. Everything is right about it. The chew, they’re nice and big, and the crispy crust. 10/10 do recommend!

Bagel Gram is definitely my new go to Bagel Shop. Best bagels I’ve had in a while and in the greater Charlotte area. I’m recommending this spot to all my friends, as close as you’ll get to NY style.
