The prices here are unbelievable for the quality and flavor of the food! We had 4 different sushi rolls, coconut shrimp, and dumplings. Everything we ordered was from their half off menu, only bringing the total of our bill to 35$. The atmosphere is uplifting, you’re greeted with a beautiful entrance and pop music! Not to include they have the robot servers(they only bring out the food, they do not take your order or serve you), so it was exciting see how efficient everything was.

I fell in liquid very hard tonight. The servers were very rude. No one came to check on me or offer an apology. The server got disrespectful and initially tried to cover the liquid instead of get it up then mopped my friends shoes repeatedly with the disgusting mop. The mixed girl and the Asian broads at the register are unprofessional and disrespectful. I left there tonight hurt and bleeding. They did not care. Only one bar tender showed concern. It was humiliating. I took an extremely hard fall on the tile floor.

We arrived for dinner. This restaurant is my daughter’s top choice for dining. I do not eat sushi, so I do not frequently visit this restaurant. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the food. I chose hibachi, while my boyfriend and daughter selected sushi. The server was attentive and well-versed in the menu. I would recommend this restaurant.

Great Experience, heavy drinks for only $9 a pop, and the hibachi was delicious, had a great time with friends. Chef was great too and the performance is always a good time!

I don’t know what has happened to this place. This was our go to for sushi. Great price. Great food. Great quality. Went there for my son’s birthday and left not even half way through dinner. The raw tuna was not fresh, both my daughter and husband spit it right out it was so so bad. My daughter had plastic wrap around her sushi luckily she didn’t eat it! The California rolls now have half the imitation crab meat and 10x the cucumber! Our waiter couldn’t understand or speak English. Ordered shrimp dumping he brought out pork! I can’t eat pork!!!! It’s against my religion to eat it! Unfortunately I found out AFTER taking a bite of it. He didn’t even appear to feel bad about it. He couldn’t understand our drink orders. And brought out the wrong drink for my daughter.
They either got a new sushi chef or are cutting corners.
We have kids with allergies. This could have turned out into a dangerous situation. Please hire people that can actually understand English and take an order without screwing it up multiple times.

Food is great, especially the happy hour specials. However, service can improve. With the robots that deliver the food near the tables for the wait staff, you would think they would have self ordering kiosks at the table to help speed up ordering. I learned that Sundays (all day happy hour) is NOT the day to go.

I’ve noticed that when you go to restaurants that has gravitude , the service can be very lackluste. We constantly had to request refills. The food was okay, I had the drinking noodles. It was very under season and not spicy at all. My daughter had a udon bowl and it had absolutely no flavor. The sushi was delicious and so was the calamari and crab ragoo. I would definitely do the happy hour. Service could of been way better.

I have worked at plenty of restaurants myself in my past and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt any place that I go to, but this was the worst experience ever. Firstly, we asked for a table as we can see there is multiple tables available and they told us to wait and then proceeded to bring others back to tables before us. My first thought was maybe they had reservation so I didn’t question it. Secondly it took 15 minutes for the server to come to our table to ask for drink orders, at this point we ordered our drinks and food all at the same time as we saw she was obviously going to take awhile to come back. It then took an hour for us to get our food. We arrived at 6:30pm and didn’t receive our food until 8pm. This in itself is ridiculous but, of course I was still giving it a chance as it was busy. We proceeded to try our food and realized all of our meals were lukewarm. The waitress never came back around and we had another waiter take over. WORST EXPERIENCE 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. currently waiting for our check still it is 9 pm.
