Drive-thru attendant could barely speak English and had trouble even taking a basic order. Then at the window you couldn’t get the attendant to give you a total before holding out her hand multiple times and then asked me twice if she had given me my food and even after repeating myself doubted me after looking in my car and not seeing any food. The fries were cold, didn’t have any salt, my chicken sandwich barely had any lettuce on it yet the rapper was full of lettuce. I ordered a half sweet iced tea and had to explain it four times. Incompetence is definitely key on this crew.

It was fairly busy, they had to give us freshly cooked fries, after requesting our order to be made fresh and not nothing that’s been sitting around. Bathrooms were filthy (which most fastfood chains are) most of the “issues” are lack of communication but for the most part… they provided accordingly after having to stay on top of them. We only expect what we pay for…and that is better customer service.

What I LOVE most about this McDonald’s is not only is everyone cool and patient with the population the manager LIZ when I come in am/noon is absolutely exceptional, competent and understands how to run a show…this is coming from dealing with subordinates and management myself of years…. So if you got a big order that needs to be done right??? At worst go to liz

Listen—these folks deal with a lot—and they do it with grace. Mistakes happen — and when you call it out—they fix it. Just tonight, the fries weren’t hot (it was a cold snap) and asked them for hot fries at the window. They quickly resolved it — resolved it professionally and without needing to rant on TikTok about it.
If you have an issue, check your order before leaving. We’re all human so be kind.

Every time I have ordered from this place, there’s something missing from my order. I’m going to assume that the people that work there cannot read. This may sound harsh, but it has to be true. They are very specific instructions. It’s not hard. I press a button and yet I’m always missing something from my order I understand that sometimes you’re out of things as I work in food service as well but whether it be apple pie, french fries nuggets, a sauce a drink there’s always something missing from my order. They need to have a retraining or they need to clean house with the employees that worked there because they are incapable of putting together a simple order.

I had a very disappointing experience at this specific location tonight. I faced it a few times earlier and today I am addressing my concern. I placed my order through the mobile app and confirmed it again at the drive-through kiosk. After waiting nearly 20 minutes with no update, an employee told me I would need to place my order again because she “didn’t receive it.” I explained that I had already paid and even showed her proof of the order, but she was dismissive and seemed irritated rather than helpful.
After all that waiting, she finally handed me my food — which was cold — and never offered an apology or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. The lack of communication, customer service, and basic courtesy made this visit incredibly frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues, because this level of service is unacceptable. I wish I could post negative star for their review.

I had there worst customer service experience at a McDonald’s. Hernando or however you spell his name was completely rude to me. He made a mistake on my order and wouldn’t fix the issue. He blamed it on me and walked away like nothing happened.

From 1-star to a cautious 4-stars. It re-opened 4 days ago. Newly renovated. Mostly new staff. I’m hoping the neighborhood returns because Seniors made this McDonalds special. Older folks with good conversation and no cellphones in sight. Now the other goodies: 2 TVs, free WIFI, outlets with built-in USB ports, touch screen menus, table service, and 2 drive thru windows. There is less seating. Parking is the same. So expect to park on the very busy street while waiting for drive-thru food. This is why only 4-stars!
