Flaming grills, a sushi bar, lunch specials, sake & cocktails are highlights of this modern spot.

First waitress had a puss on,her face in a permanent frown. I couldn’t understand a thing she said. Another waitress comes over, much nicer. Better communication but,I still felt ignored. Maybe it was because we weren’t opting in for the Hibachi menu my husband and I couldn’t afford. It was my grandson’s birthday party and the rest of our family did the Hibachi thing. The young Chef was very personable. The food fried rice was extremely salty! The bills had gratuities added on so no choice as far as tipping based on service. So,I don’t recommend this place, honestly. (They did perform well re: the birthday. Put up a Huge Happy Birthday sign.)

Sakana is my new favorite spot! The hibachi was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed that they include both fried rice and noodles—most places only include white rice and charge extra for fried rice or noodles. The seasonings were on point, the portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were incredible.
Another big plus is that there was no wait when we arrived (even though the place was pretty packed at 7p on a Friday) and the staff did a fantastic job of offering fast, efficient service without making us feel rushed. On top of that, their fried ice cream was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to finish off the meal.
The ambiance was welcoming and perfect for everyone. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dining experience!

Very good food. I’ve been to several different hibachi restaurants including the one at patriots place, Seekonk on rt 6 and others. Best by far. Clean and great customer service

First off, food is always delicious even when they don’t give equal portions to the amount of people at the table. Second, one of the servers here is so rude and unappreciative it is appalling. It baffles me how a server can expect such a large tip for writing down my order on a piece of paper and then never coming back to check on us or to see how our meal is. Not even for a drink refill. I have been waiting almost a week for a response from the email I sent to this company so now I will bring it to the reviews.

The food was so good here. Everything! From sushi to Hibachi to their drink options. The service was fast and all orders were correct. They came over and checked on just the right amount of times. The price was super reasonable too.
We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and everything about it. Can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed my experience. Sat at the sushi bar. The waitress and chefs were very attentive. I had miso soup, Black Dragon roll, and hot sake. All excellent.

Mid afternoon, not very busy, but still a great experience. 4 friends plus a family of 5 at the hibachi table. Great, fresh food, fun showmanship, great service.
Loved the experience!
Absolutely going back!

The food was absolutely amazing!!! Well made, perfectly seasoned and great portions. You definitely get you money’s worth at this place. The service was quick, attentive and well worth a great tip. Parking is decent but finding the restaurant is another matter. While it is facing a major street if you are not paying attention it can be easily missed several times, especially at night.

Excellent service and food. Habachi chef “CHEN” was extremely funny and put on a great interactive display making everyone at our table laugh. Waitresses made sure we had our drinks refilled promptly and enjoyed our mood, and bathrooms were spotless.

Sakana never made a really good sushi but during the last four years the place I and my family used to go and order online. But tonight it exceeds all of the bad expectations. We spent almost $100 on an order, and all can I say is I never eat something so bad. Even my daughter who never complained asked what was going on. Everything was tasteless and dry. On top of that the sushi itself was made careless. Falling apart.
The edges of the fish were dry and darker. I ordered a spicy salmon and it now is made with a disgusting mix like a dry paste, difficult to identify. It looks like breadcrumbs mixed with a little salmon and god knows what else.
This thing was also present in another sushis also.
I don’t recall that thing being used before so often.
I’m not sure if I will buy anything from you again or recommend the restaurant.
