I had to leave a review because this place really deserves it. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere just feels right. It’s clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe that makes you want to sit down and stay for a while. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into creating the space.
The food was honestly amazing. Everything tasted fresh, full of flavor, and made with care. Nothing felt rushed or basic. You can really taste the quality in every bite, and that stood out to me.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were good the whole time. It made the experience even better and felt genuine.
I’m really proud of what’s been built here. If you’re looking for great food and a spot with a good vibe, I definitely recommend checking it out.

Great night out with good friends and good food!! Everything was pretty decent… tempura veggies was a little weird to us but still lol … Udon …. Sushi …. the Saito soup is so refreshing …. desert was also good redbean ice cream and molten lava cake … (I’m used to it being chocolate cake but it was still nummy) definitely coming back

I love this restaurant! I’ve been so excited to try this place since there’s no other Japanese/hibachi restaurants in town. My husband and I tried their hibachi lunch and dinner meals and they were sooo delicious. I also tried their Pink Lady Roll, and my goodness it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning soon!!
Update: went back and tried some different sushi rolls! Absolutely delicious! Pictured is the crunchy roll, Kentucky roll, and summer roll!! Definitely recommend, give them a try with their delicious yummy sauce!!!!

This was absolutely delicious. The rice has amazing flavor as well as the veggies and steak. Appetizer was well worth 6 bucks. Overall great experience 10/10 will be back. Hibachi is 15-20 bucks a person everywhere people. This is worth it! The service we received was amazing and prompt. June 2025: pickup order – Shrimp fried rice and an order of egg rolls, the shrimp fried rice only had 5 shrimp, greasy stale chewy rice, and no flavor, vegetables, or egg. I ended up adding my own at home to make this more palatable. An order of egg rolls included two, which were quite small and also burnt. No value was added to the food by this restaurant – next time I’ll just make my own at home. I hope this review saves others from disappointment and wasted money and time. Is this the end of the world? – I feel like this is what would be served during dystopic times in the midst of a zombie apocalypse – We work hard for our money and do not want to spend 2-3 hours of hard earned wages on this terrible food. The people of Hopkinsville deserve better!

I am so disappointed people think this is good sushi. I didn’t even finish my rolls, the eel tasted horrible, the shrimp were like, hollow shells. POOR, poor quality food. No sauces offered to dip, would have asked waiter but he was hard to track down. NEVER ONCE DID HE FILL OUR DRINKS, I was sitting with an empty glass for 90% of the time I was there. We ordered shrimp low mein, it was just oily noodles with a couple freezer burnt shrimp on top, and I literally promise you they were ice cold in some parts, we sent it back and they “heated it up”, check the picture… it was $14, for a single helping of noodles, no veggies, complete RIP OFF, could not have been more than $1-$2 of product. The crab Rangoons were so stale and poor quality, didn’t finish. I WILL NEVER TRY THIS PLACE AGAIN and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER DO. Those booths are garbage and I have never seen that, it is like they took the cushioned backs off and left the wood that goes straight up, no angle not even kidding, it was so uncomfortable, my back ached after a few minutes. Music they had was whack, and the stereo was awful. I recommend they just play nothing. Which they did to my delight for a little until they blasted us with a loud speaker and immediately turned it down, people jumped it was so startling, plus the kid music was weird, horrible atmosphere 0/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been here 4x now and I decided to leave a post because each time the food has been correct, appropriate amounts, and taste very good. I have tried tempura, noodles, hibachi, and many sushi rolls. The sushi always tastes fresh and the rice is cooked the appropriate amount. In my experience if it’s not fresh or the rice in over cooked the sushi is not as good. Service has always been good. I am leaving the review because I am glad that Hopkinsville has a Japanese restaurant and hope it stays that way!

Good food, great service. My fam and I Recommend the Joker Roll and the Spicy Simba Roll. Been here several times; dine in, lunch at table, grill and take out and it is always on point.
