This place is such a hidden gem!!! The space is beautifully lit and very intimate, you can see one of the chefs preparing food from a little box(not sure how else to describe it haha) which is a very cool touch. Our server was Jade and she was lovely, very friendly and super knowledgeable about different things on the menu. The food was absolutely incredible. We had the Tartare de Boeuf(beef tartar, for the layman), magret de canard griottines(a medium rare duck breast), and daube de boeuf(kind of like a beef bourguignon, as per description from their menu haha). All were absolutely amazing. By the time the salad courses came around we were so stuffed, we had to pass on desert. And since it was my birthday they also treated us to a house made lemoncello. Overall, the experience was so so lovely. We’ll definitely be back.

Last night was our first experience with French cuisine, so I can’t speak to its authenticity—but I can say that I/we thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. Each dish was absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere was lovely: cozy, quaint, intimate and welcoming. One of the things I appreciated most was being able to actually hear the people at our table. There was no loud music and no need to talk over surrounding conversations, which made the evening that much more enjoyable.
Our server (I feel terrible that I don’t remember her name) was truly fantastic. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to explain the menu and made us feel completely at ease, which added so much to the overall experience.
Overall, it was a wonderful evening and a fantastic introduction to French dining. We left very happy, and talked about how we’ve added this wonderful restaurant to our “keeper” list. We are already looking forward to coming back.

It was a cute house type of restaurant with a lot of character. The food looked amazing, but was lack seasoning. We sat at our table for a while before we were greated by our server, but the service got better after we ordered the entires.

Delightful! From the food to the ambiance to the service- everything was delightful. It was our first time and we’ve already made another reservation for this weekend. I had a lovely vegetarian meal and my husband enjoyed the steak frites. My only note is try not to fill up on the delicious bread and butter so you can have enough room for all three courses!

The most authentic French restaurant in Texas. As someone who has been to Paris multiple times (also lived in Houston and Dallas and now FW), I must say that this place really resembles and tastes like a true French bistro but more like a bistro with gastronomy techniques. Saint Emilion deserves a Michelin Bib Gourmand at least. Merci Beaucoup!

Safe to say I was blown away by our entire dinner experience at Saint-Emilion! This restaurant is now one of my top favorites in the DFW area. Everything from the scallops to the french onion soup, steak frites, and veal dishes were cooked to absolute perfection! To top it off, we shared a sweet lemon cake that is currently not on their official dessert menu. Shout out to Amber, the sommelier, for offering a nicely paired red wine from her wine room. Everyone was wonderfully attentive to us the entire time. Saint Emilion is a must try that is worth traveling for! 10/10

Atmosphere was lovely, cozy and intimate but still feels like a very nice night out. Service was attentive and friendly. We thought the food and cocktails we had were good but not great. For our tastes most things were a little under-seasoned, and while everything was well prepared nothing was especially interesting or stand out. Prices were reasonable for a fine dining experience and the quantities given. Overall we had a pleasant night but we won’t be dying to go back.

We came here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and left disappointed. We were seated tightly between tables, while the table next to us, also celebrating their anniversary, received complimentary champagne. Our anniversary was never acknowledged.
The biggest issue was with our server. I asked for a wine recommendation and said I didn’t want anything expensive, yet the bill later showed $50 per glass, totaling over $100 for two glasses. I would have much rather ordered a nice bottle of wine. Overall, we felt overlooked and taken advantage of.
The food was fine but not worth the price and overall experience. Would not return.

This was our first time at St. Emilion after going to their sister restaurant Paris 7th for several years. This dinner was one of our favorite dinners we’ve had in a long time. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! This is definitely a place we will enjoy coming back to!
