Hokkaido Ramen House is hands down one of the best ramen spots in town. The broth is rich, creamy, and full of depth without being overpowering. You can tell it’s been simmered properly — especially the tonkotsu, which is smooth and comforting.
The pork belly is perfectly cooked, tender with just the right amount of char, and the portion is generous. I also loved the balance of toppings — fresh scallions, bean sprouts, and noodles with great texture. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. Even with multiple dishes on the table, every bowl was consistently good.

Clean ramen spot with a fun Naruto and One Piece theme all over the menu and restaurant. Service was nice and attentive, and the food came out on time. Menu size felt just right.

We had an excellent experience at this Ramen house! The range of options provided us a perfect opportunity to customize according to taste and spiciness. Ranging from the traditional house specialty to the fried rice, we were three happy customers! I, for example, intentionally chose a spicy option to help combat a cold, which I paired with the jasmine green tea. ️ The broths for the ramen were delicious, and the shrimp and vegetable tempura was excellent. Service was also great! We strongly recommend!!

A nice, quiet, quaint place for some of the best Ramen I’ve ever had. I’m not an expert on Ramen, but today was cold outside and I had a hankering for some hot and spicy ramen and this place did not disappoint. The slice of pork on top was amazing and really tender and flavorful. I got the Spicy Ramen with regular heat level and for me that was perfect. They even had some extra spicy paste put on part of the rim of the bowl so that if you wanted more heat it was there for you. I rounded it out with some edamame and some hot tea. The service was great and the food came out quick. Perfect for lunch!

Got seated extremely fast, food was delicious and reasonably priced for the serving sizes, group friendly, and to top it off we had a great server that was very attentive, knowledgeable, and charismatic! I was really wanting ramen for dinner and found this place on google and it has some good reviews. I always love trying new ramen spots in the area and this one did not disappoint. Their menu had a large selection, including rice bowls, sushi rolls, and ramen. I ordered the spicy ramen with regular spicy (they had different levels). Although i love spice, i’m glad i went with the regular spice level. It was the perfect amount of spice for me. My husband ordered the tantanman and it was also delicious. The food came out in a timely manner. and the waiter and the person who brought our food out was very nice. We came in a thursday night and had no wait, although it was pretty busy. I will be definitely be back!

For appetizers, I’ve tried the gyoza and seaweed salad, but my top recommendation is the takoyaki—a sweet and savory octopus ball that’s always delicious. The food here is consistently fresh, clean, and full of flavor.
They also serve milk tea with bubbles, which is the perfect balance when paired with a warm bowl of ramen.
Service is just as great as the food. Ryan was my server, and he was so friendly and welcoming. He checked in to make sure everything was perfect with my dining experience, which I really appreciated.

I love ramen and actively seek out new ramen spots, but my experience at Hokkaido Ramen in Morrisville was unacceptable.
The noodles were hard and tasted like they came straight from a package. The broth was bland, watered down, and completely lacking the depth and richness ramen is known for. The pork was the worst part — overcooked, rubbery, and nearly impossible to chew.
No self-respecting ramen chef would ever allow a dish like this to leave the kitchen and be served to paying customers. This wasn’t a minor issue or a matter of personal taste; it was a fundamental failure in preparation and quality control.
Roughly half of the bowl was inedible due to the awful flavor and tough, rubber-like pork. I left genuinely disappointed and frustrated. If this is the standard coming out of the kitchen, I cannot recommend eating here.
