We had a fantastic experience at Saint Coyote! The best part was definitely the service—both the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the evening feel special.
The food was excellent across the board: flavorful, beautifully plated, and with generous portion sizes. The Copper River salmon was perfectly cooked, the salads were fresh and vibrant, and the carrot cake was the perfect sweet finish. Everything we ordered was delicious.
Parking and seating were easy and quick, which always makes the experience better. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the menu has a great variety with something for everyone. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Anchorage. We’ll absolutely be back!

We wanted to try a new restaurant for our family dinner and Saint Coyote did not disappoint. Appetizers came out quickly and were fantastic and different than what you usually see. Steaks, shrimp, pasts and soups came out next with enough time to finish our apps! I will be back for tge risotto for sure.

Hosting a party of 25 can be a true test for any restaurant, and this team exceeded expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless, attentive, and impressively well-paced. Drinks, appetizers, entrées, and dessert flowed perfectly without anyone ever feeling rushed or overlooked. The staff was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was equally outstanding. Highlights included the drunken cheese, zucchini mozzarella sticks that were crispy and indulgent, and rich, flavorful oysters Rockefeller. Entrées were cooked to perfection—especially the filet mignon, which was tender and expertly prepared, and the halibut, that had a delicious light cream sauce.
Dessert was the perfect finale. The carrot cake was a standout – perfectly moist with a classic, luscious cream cheese frosting—exactly what a great carrot cake should be.

Had the New York steak. Phenomenal! You could tell the meat was definitely better than average. Cooked medium rare. It was like slicing through butter. Haven’t had a steak this good in a long time. Highly recommend.

Amazing Steak and risotto was fair. Only negative was the atmosphere. The kitchen had music bumping rock and yet the bar and restaurant had GREAT music playing that was disrupted by the kitchen jamming out. Having two different music genres was annoying as hell. Service was polite and friendly.

Tonight we had the Rockefeller Salmon, Chicken Parmesan, Filet Mignon, NY Strip and Chicken wings w/fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. The chicken parmesan is always a favorite, the cheese is melted separately and then poured on-top of the dish at the table.
It’s a great place for a date night, family dinner or for drinks and appetizers. I love to bring family here when they visit because of the unique experience.
Please remember to be patient as staff are often limited ( like one guy for the whole place) and the food is fresh so it can take a little extra time to get to you. It is worth it though!

Have gone here three times, every time we have had exceptional service and amazing food. Family friendly but also great for date night. Clean restaurant. Literally don’t have one negative thing to say about the place.

Food was absolutely delicious. Service was a bit slower than expected but no terrible. Everyone was extremely friendly. I’d love to try it again not during the holiday season. There was a huge party and only 1 cook. (Poor guy) but he did a wonderful job on all the food.

Saint Coyotes is one of my favorite restaurants in Anchorage. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is so good we go to Saint Coyotes about 2-3 times a week. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. We will always be returning customers. Thank you Saint Coyotes for giving us a fun and safe space to enjoy ourselves.

It was not too busy or crowded. The service was good. The drinks tasted great. Lots of drink options on the menu. I liked my food. There should’ve more salt on the stuff peppers but it had good flavor. It came with a side caesar salad. The jalapeño poppers were good but it felt like it was missing something. They were presented nicely but was really missing the texture component. Traditionally they’re deep fried with traditional bread crumbs and I was missing that. The entrée portions were nice and much bigger than some other fine dining restaurants. I’d go back and probably order something else next time.
