I absolutely love Sail Inn. It’s been part of stomping grounds for 6 years now. I wasn’t too excited about the change when it first went from a dive bar to nice bar, but it’s definitely grown on me.

Matt, Wyatt, and Melissa are the best and always provide stellar service. And Matt is one of the most creative bartenders I’ve ever met. He’s always coming up with new cocktails and incorporatates seasonal changes into the recipes.

Love being able to always try a new craft beer from their rotating tap as well. Even more stoked that they always feature local breweries from Bike Dog, Yolo, and Jackrabbit.

And the food? Freakin excellent! In fact, I think it’s probably some of the best in West Sac. Fresh, delicious, and they offer specials to mix it up throughout the week. If you haven’t tried the fish tacos, you’re missing out! Brunch is fabulous as well. Do yourself a favor and try the blueberry French toast – it’s to die for!

Also love that it’s dog friendly on the back patio, water bowls and leash ties. There’s cornhole set up, ample seating, and just an overall good vibe!

The tab can add up quickly (unless you can make happy hour)… But I think it’s just because part of my brain is still stuck in the old-school cheap dive bar prices I was used to. That being said, it’s worth the added cost for the excellent service and tasty food & drink options!

Bicycle-welcoming, dark, cool grotto-like nautical theme. Delicious brunch and full bar w lots of interesting, summer drinks. I liked it, was pleasantly surprised by cleanliness and hospitality. I will recommend to friends.

Great place. Foods of the chain, and drinks ate on point. Bring the Family or just meet a client.

If you came here before, it has been renovated and is under new ownership and management. The place is awesome!

Went for happy hour and had the fish tacos and the carribean rum chicken sandwich. Service was good, it wasn’t crowded at the time…which was about 445. It is very noisy in the restaurant and that was all we could talk about was how the sound travels… Possibly because of the wood plank walls. So, not a place to go for a romantic / quiet dinner. The food was amazing! The chicken sandwich was delicious. I’ll definitely get that again.

We come here all the time for cocktails. Matt runs a tight ship and all the bartenders make awesome drinks. If you want a great old fashioned or martini on the west side, this is the place. They also have great food. There chili is unexpected and quite delicious. It is made with brisket that they smoke in house. It’s super thick and tastes amazing on fries. I love that the club sandwich is made with real, house smoked slabs of turkey. LPT: get the turkey warmed up! My husband is a for hard fan of the Mac n cheese. The burgers are excellent. They have a nice patio you can have your dog visit. And they are now serving brunch on the weekends. If you’re in the west side, I highly recommend this place.

Came here the first time the week it was open. It was busy and the buzz was good. Food was great but drinks lacked for some in our group. Came back tonight as I’ve been craving the fish and chips and it was just as good as last time. Quick service, friendly, not as many people for a Thursday night as I would have thought. I’ll be back for sure, though.

I went once and had a beer and their version of hush puppies. Not bad at all.

Descent happy hour

In all the visit wqs good, but not epic. The drinks were decent… but it was the environment that made this place shine like a pearl on the sea. We’ll be back for sure, but probably just for happy hour

Love it! Everything I’ve had has been delicious… Mac and cheese, rum chicken sandwich, kraken fries, fish tacos, brisket, salad. The staff are extremely nice. Kid friendly even though it’s a bar. Good drinks, good craft beer.

The food here is not bad at all. I highly recommend their brisket, which they smoke and cook in house. It is so flavorful and so tender and moist. Just be careful of most of their dishes because the chef tends to use a lot of black pepper and just about every dish, particularly the french fries are just coated in it. If u dont like black pepper spice much make sure to ask them not to add it.

Always the place to go on a ”Friday HappyHour After Work ” get together with your friends. Great menu, specials, n cooks. We have ordered differently every time n haven’t been disappointed ever. Good selection of ‘beverages’. Staff’s service comes with a large helping of smiles. Free parking with a nice sized lot.
