Very consistent with the great food. Please don’t change a thing with the grilled porkchop or pho!

I have missed authentic Vietnamese food ever since I moved here, but am incredibly happy to report that everything on the menu here feels like it’s been pulled right out of Little Saigon in Orange County. As others have mentioned, the service could be a little more attentive, but everyone working there is gracious and welcoming, and we received our entrees very quickly – little things, like offering to-go containers or refilling water, are nothing that can’t be improved over time.
The egg rolls here are the best in the city by a mile. Period. My wife, very health-conscious, ordered the stir-fried noodles with chicken not knowing they were crispy, but they arrived light and airy; the vegetables are well seasoned and cooked perfectly; and the sauce is incredibly delicious without being too thick or heavy.
The dish that really sealed my love for this place, though, is the dry vermicelli bowl. It is huge, just like they make it in Westminster. It comes with generous helpings of delicious pork, pork belly, shrimp, a ton of fresh and pickled vegetables, and tasted almost exactly like the food I grew up eating. I agree with other reviewers that there is a definite increased use of sweet chili sauce compared to fish sauce (the most heavily used sauce in Vietnamese cooking), but the entrees here are still delicious.
It’s hard to put into words exactly what a restaurant like Saigon’s Corner means to me. Yes, the food is great, but for me, it means way more than that. Eating here, for at least a couple hours, made me feel like I was back in California, like I had never left. Cooking is such a huge part of our culture, and out here in the Midwest, it’s almost synonymous. It’s the reason I hope this business gets all the traffic and support it deserves. Saigon’s Corner feels like home. That’s the highest praise I can give.

I wish we would have thought to look into parking for our to go pick up order. I drove around for 15 mins looking for parking – of course our food was cold when I got back to the hospital with our order. I also should have stayed at the counter & opened the tied up bag & looked at all of our order to ensure things were good. Our sister who was in the nearby VA Hospital only requested white rice & soy sauce. We ordered that & was specific about getting soy sauce – we didn’t receive soy sauce! Bummer! We ordered a few other plates but were super disappointed! The chicken in the chicken fried rice was not cleaned, meaning I got alot of yucky cartilage, veins, fat & ickyness. My other sis got some straight slices of fat! Yeah, no thanks!

I wish I could leave more than one review! I love this authentic Vietnamese restaurant. My husband and I have been here at least 10 times and have had a great experience every single time! I love the pho and special vermicelli. The chicken wings are off the charts but they run out often and that makes us very sad. The eggrolls are also delicious. Even cold leftovers make me smile. Give this place a try!

I was in coraville for work a few months ago and never tried Saigon. I had to come back this week and ordered it on DoorDash. Everything was spectacular. The bun Bo hue was spicy and delicious and the broken rice with pork chop was also incredibly good. I have a per diem and didn’t even get near it. The prices are great and I can’t say enough about the food and how it was packaged.

Pleasant surprise to come across this place on a weekend night with plenty of empty seats. The food quality is better than most places you can eat in Vietnam, and the dish is meticulously prepared.
Tried the grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli this time. I would 100% go back and have that again! The pork chop was so good and so rich in flavor I can never get enough of it.
The waiters were also super nice and friendly, making this an absolutely delightful dining experience. Well-deserved.

My party had a couple of the pho, vermicelli, and I had the egg noodles. Everybody really liked everything as it was presented. But we did play around with adding Sriracha and hoisin for extra flavor profiles. The meat they used was really flavorful and good chew. It is in the Old Capitol Town Center, but has street access. The bathrooms and eating areas are clean and well kept. There is street parking and a $1/hour parking garage.

Really good experience after a Hawkeyes game. The place was slammed and server was busting her tail to ensure everyone was happy. Delicious food and and I have picky kid. Give it a shot.
