I had a chicken sandwich, the BBQ pork with rice, a soda, and a small can of Thai iced tea. The sandwich was really good and filling. The bread has a slightly crunchy exterior yest soft interior. I didn’t have room for the pork. Customer service was good as well. The lady was nice to me. When I’m in Modesto during lunch time I’ll be back.

Walked in excited because I love the location on Orangeburg and carver. Their was no wait in a line, so I figured we’d get our food fast. That was not the case. We also found out they don’t accept card, but luckily we had enough cash to still buy. Once we waited in this very barren waiting room with nothing to really look at or anywhere to sit, we went home and opened up our bag. We found the sandwiches to be half the size of what they Re at the other location and the meat was very dry. Overall the food wasn’t bad, but definitely didn’t hit the spot like I was hoping. Will not be coming back here, but will still be a frequent buyer at their other location.

A sandwich shop is not a restaurant. Let me start with that. Great food!! I have been working close by and have been here about 6 or 7 times and the sandwiches never disappoint. Pork bun, smoothy and spring roll are great (Not making fun,that’s how they say it)! The lady everyone is talking about co-owns the business and the older gentleman (which I think is her husband) makes the sandwiches and other things. Yes, she may get feisty sometimes but she also can be really nice too. Which seems to happen more often than not. Y’alls expectations are really high for a sandwich shop. Just chill ask for y’all food. Heck, they have pictures of the stuff in case your indecisive or curious. Did I mention how inexpensive the food is??

I don’t understand how this place has four stars. Literally horrible customer service. The lady is so rude and it seems like she hates her job. She slammed my change on the counter when I told her I change my mind and would also like to buy a drink. The food is OK. Definitely not worth going to because the very poor customer service skills. I feel very sorry for the man who is nice and just does his job. That lady is ruining there business. I won’t go back. The Saigon on orangeburg is much better! Better food and customer service… I wish I could rate this place zero stars

Used to be so good and friendly. I’ve seen the lady be very rude to others although she was nice to me. They seem very tired and hate working with people around that area. There are a lot of mentally ill, homeless, and gangsters around that area so I can understand their frustrations but you chose to run a business there. Food quality has gone down a lot, but overall an okay place to grab a quick bite.

The lady in front is mean as a snake, unless you tip her. And I will give her props for giving me a heads up the time I ordered a Vietnamese ham sandwich. She informed me of what goes into Vietnamese ham and I politely declined. She said, “I thought so.”
