Saigon Phở really surprised me in the best way. The Bánh Canh Cua Tôm was the absolute standout — rich, silky broth, loaded with crab flavor, and the kind of chewy noodles that make you slow down just to savor every bite. The shrimp was fresh, the seasoning was on point, and the whole bowl felt like pure comfort done right.

The Bún bò Huế didn’t quite reach the same heights — a bit more muted than I expected — but honestly, the strength of that Bánh Canh Cua Tôm more than made up for it. When a restaurant nails a specialty that hard, you can’t help but appreciate it.

Overall, Saigon Phở is definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re craving a bowl that hits deep with flavor. The Bánh Canh Cua Tôm alone is enough to bring me back.

Clean and bright spot with nice staff.

The half moon rice paper holder is cool but does require some maneuvering.

Veggies were fresh but where is the basil ?

The bun vermicelli unfortunately lack flavor especially the sauce is not quite on par even after we added some lime ‍ on our own.

And CHANGE the sauce for the betel leave please.

The papaya salad was fresh . But again, their sauce is just off, making flavoring for the entire meal just slightly lacking.

The pancake needs oil that’s hot and fresh … theirs was not crispy enough so you can taste the thick batter in oil

The spring roll skin was sooo dry The tofu version was like chewing cardboard. A few second more in soaking the paper may remedy the problem … or if they make it when we order

My family recently had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Phở, a Vietnamese restaurant. What made our dinner extra special was the welcoming and warm atmosphere of the owners’ Wendy and John. They even have personal recommendations from the menu. The menu features a wonderful variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, bursting with fresh and vibrant flavors. What truly stood out, though, was the authenticity of the food. Each dish felt lovingly prepared and thoughtfully presented, making every bite a delightful journey through the diverse tastes of Vietnam. If you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or simply looking to try something new, I highly recommend Saigon Phở. Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of pho or a refreshing banh mi, this place delivers exceptional food with heart and soul. We can’t wait to return! Thanks again, Wendy, it was your kindness and warmth that really made the night unforgettable.

So we are from out of town and decided to stop here before going back home. It was just the start of dinner and we were a pretty large group. The staff was really nice and brought water right away. We were able to get our food fairly quick and the food was off the wall GREAT! The broth of the soups were so flavorful, the spring rolls were fresh, the herb condiments were fresh and plentiful and the N01 plate I had was straight up LEGIT!

I was told by a Vietnamese friend that the best pho in town can be found here. It didn’t really match my palate. I wasn’t excited about it. Not much depth in the broth flavor or freshness with the accoutrements.

Thai iced tea was not rich. A bit watery.

It was our first time here. We ordered dishes that complete our family dinner of 3. The vegetable dish was the best. The protein shrimps and bacon dish: the shrimps was cooked too long it is chewy . Sour fish soup was a little off in taste. The prices were a couple dollars cheaper compared to other restaurants in the neighborhood, but the portions were very small. We didn’t like to waste food, even though we finished all the food, but we are not going to order these dishes again if we come back.

Had a wonderful dinner here!!!! We were not served by the robot BUT IT WAS VERY EXCITING!!!
I had the crunchy noodles and they were delicious, once I figured out how to eat them. I had them with chicken and they were good!
My friend had seafood rice soup, others mentioned but the seafood was cooked a bit long
The spring rolls were delicious and I loooved the peanut sauce
Also very good thai ice tea!

We were served very quickly, the food was delicious, my friend freaked out when the robot came to serve our food she thought it was adorable. Prices were very reasonable for the serving sizes. Really pretty on the inside.

I don’t want to ruin business, however customets need to be informed. It is on someone’s lips after all. I ordered fresh spring roll and stir-fry egg noodle with pork that day. I did not check the foods before l left. When l got to my friend home, l opened styrofoam container. Oh my God! I was almost screaming by the smell of rotten food. It was fresh spring roll. l can see throught the wrap that the color of somthing in rolls are light brown, so l unwrap it. There it is, smell like rotten food. I can also see spoiled piece of cilantro. It was awful. I wrapped it up and opened noodle container. It was burnt and soooo dry. l expected to see chunk of veggies. There was nothing. I called the restaurant and complained about it. The guy who l talked to insisted that foods are made fresh (Fresh Spring Roll,) but l don’t think l believe him. I wanted to return them and get refund. You cannot do busines without being honest to the customers. You can try yourself!

Overall review: 7.8/10

Very large inside space for hosting all kinds of quantities if guests. They also have a stage where I assume they have Vietnamese karaoke parties here from time to time.

We had a server who wasn’t Vietnamese take our order and take care of us mostly, however the girl who brought us our food (or should I say.. took the food off of the robot who got to our table) was definitely Vietnamese. Yes, this place does have robots that bring you food from the kitchen. Definitely did not expect that from a more hole-in-the wall type place such as this one.

Onto the food:

Egg Roll:

Rating: 6.5/10

Subpar, incorporated several Ingredients. Greasy. The ratio between the meat and vegetables was disappointing.

The egg rolls came loosely wrapped resulting in oil accumulating between the fold of the egg roll. This causes air pockets. Clearly, the egg rolls were not wrapped hard enough. They did not drain the oil. They just fried it and served it.

Also, traditionally egg rolls are supposed to come with lettuce wrap and pickled veggies. What came to our table was the bare minimum.

N26. Beef Stew w/ Egg noodle & rice noodle / Hủ Tiếu Mi Bò Kho

Rating: 8/10

Was baseline standard good. It came with all of the fixings on the side such as the herbs. The beef was tender, but there was a lot more tendon than meat. Not a lot of actual beef.

The soup itself was well-seasoned, but still lacked a little richness to it.

Vermicelli Noodles Salad Bowl:

N01. Pork, Pork Patty, & Shrimp paste /Bún đậu mắm tôm, chả chiên, thịt luộc.

Rating: 9/10

Overall was a solid dish served how it normally would be, with the exception that we did not see the crispy shallots served with it even though it is apart of the description. In fact, the picture of the food on the menu they gave us looks different. We didn’t have the little red chili peppers either. The pork patty was delicious. The sauce was well-seasoned. The veggies were fresh. The tofu, patty, and pork slices were well balanced.

This was our favorite dish from our meal.
