My boyfriend and I are down here for vacation at St. Simons. We decided to try this place since I love Pho so much. This is the BEST Pho I have ever had! I am genuinely amazed how wonderful the food was. It took a while for it to come out, but that’s how you know it’s fresh. The customer service was incredible. Wonderful atmosphere and food. Very friendly and kind customer service! The pho is out of this world! I’ve had the seafood pho and it was fresh and very tasty and the shrimp are huge! A friend of mine has had their udon and highly recommends it! The restaurant is small but has lots of seating. I have been going here for a few weeks and stop by almost weekly. The restaurant always appears clean and organized.

The owner “Son” is a one man show. Sometimes he has help but he tends to get a little brash with them at times. So his service is ehhh! Sometimes it takes him FOREVER to get the order out. That being said…. He has a very good PHO. I usually get “N4. Pho Taî.” Rare Beef steak pho. Also chicken fried rice is good. He is usually wide open in the kitchen and not able to make small talk. When it’s not busy he will come out talk to you. If you have time, sit down and order. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Spent the night in Brunswick and needed a good dinner. I went on Google and saw Saigon Pho was the highest rated restaurant in the area. I admit I was skeptical. I have eaten pho all over the USA and in Vietnam. I will tell you, the pho here is amongst the best I have ever eaten in the USA or Vietnam. The broth is extremely concentrated and complex. I had shrimp, and it was gangbusters. I had a fried spring roll, which was also outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant. Of note: it was a Friday night at 6:30 or so and he sold out of pho after me, so get there early or call first to see what he has. But again, this place gets my highest recommendation, so you should definitely check it out.
