Saigon Kitchen Vietnamesische is a modern Vietnamese restaurant reflecting a new gastronomic page in the history of the traditional spa town of Baden-Baden, which in the 19th century was associated primarily with aristocratic European cuisine, and today demonstrates cultural and culinary diversity.
The very name Saigon refers to the historical name of Ho Chi Minh City and emphasizes the institution’s connection with South Vietnamese culinary traditions based on a balance of fresh herbs, rice noodles, aromatic broths and a combination of sweet, sour and spicy flavors.
I recommend mango salad. Here, the balance of tastes is most pronounced.
Pho soup is not bad, not spicy. There are options with tofu, beef, and chicken. High-quality ingredients
We also ordered duck in mango sauce. It seemed to me that the duck was too fried to the level of a thickening crust. I prefer the healthier option, without roasting. But it’s better not to look at the photos on the menu, because this dish looks much better there.
The appearance of such a restaurant in the center of Baden-Baden symbolizes a change in the gastronomic preferences of citizens and tourists who are increasingly looking for light, fresh and authentic Asian cuisine along with classic German, popular Italian and rare French.
The interior of the restaurant is decorated with Asian accents, creating an atmosphere of comfort and informality, which contrasts with the historical architecture of the surrounding streets.
I especially liked the altar with offerings to the God of Wealth and abundance, the photo shows what it is.

I ordered a soup from the menu picture but what I got was completely different. Almost no filling and I was still hungry after eating this. It feels like you are tricked cause the picture looks like an other different dish but the guy serving us told us it’s the same dish. See the photo for the difference of what I ordered and what I got. Also special was after checking the receipt at home we also got to less change.

The pho is very tasty and authentic Asian style! The summer rolls are wonderful but both of two dishes are small portions ! Serve is good

Not only Miss Saigon, but also Beer Saigon is available here. Very authentic Vietnamese cuisine, better than the ones I had in Asia. Very pure Vietnamese, soothing and healthy food. Try Pho Bo, shrimp spring rolls and warm Rice noodle salad, absolutely delightful. They also offer very good wines.

Spent three days in Baden Baden and ate here twice it’s that good. Got the salad to start and the duck main with noodles. I’ve never been to “nam” but if food is like this I am going to have too!
The duck was coated in crispy onions.
Thank you for the great service !

The food here wasn’t my favorite. I ordered the red curry, and it came out of the kitchen suspiciously fast, like three minutes. It was very salty but lacked any spice. It needed some basil or kaffir lime leaves or something else. It tasted very much like a regular store bought curry paste with no additions (think Mae Ploy, good, but better when added to). Additionally, the portion was small. I wouldn’t return based on this meal. Maybe the more traditional Vietnamese dishes are better? I just had a craving for curry.

Superb food at a very good price (cash only at the time of eating there), the Yellow Curry was creamy and I had it with chicken which was super crunchy! And we’re all about a good crunch. The curry also with perfectly cooked rice as standard.
The fried dumplings were crispy, not oily but full of flavour. The summer rolls were filled and came with a tasty peanut sauce. The spring rolls again were crispy and full of flavour and I’d definitely go again. Bon appetit!!!

Hello! We’ve been in Baden Baden 2 weeks ago, stayed in hotel Anna beek which is not far from Saigon restaurant. We visited this restaurant two times for dinner. Very good food and service. We highly recommend this place. Price very reasonable, we had for 4 people starters, soup, salad and main course and paid 80 euro which is a very good price

We love vietnamese cuisine and have been to quite a few restaurants. This one clearly measures up to the others. Very friendly service and the food was very delicious and aesthetically served, same goes for the drinks. We highly recommend a visit.

We enjoyed a night out with our friends. The food was really tasty. Real value for money experience. Unfortunately, only cash payments, and the staff only speaks broken German and no English. However the experience overall was good. And we will definitely will be coming back
