I ordered on DoorDash tonight, 2 jelly donuts and a match latte. The latte barely had matcha in it. I only received 1 donut and the donut was a hard, stale glazed donut. If the item wasn’t available, the employee should have contacted DoorDash to let me know. I tired to call the store and the phone was immediately hung up like it is sitting off the hook.

This is a small Dunkin’ store inside ShopRite. So if you forget to get your coffee ☕ before shopping or you are tired after long shopping ️ session get a coffee, drinks or breakfast here. Some seats are available to seat and have the drink. They have a offer of 3 LBS coffee or kcups at $24.99. They also have mango drinks along with other usual drinks. They’re normally okay but today they were out of croissants at only 11am and said they weren’t going to restock. They close at 10. Why not?
Another occasion, it was like only 8:30pm and the clerk was cleaning out the oven and said he wasn’t taking any orders that needed “warming/toasting”. What? Made no sense. That’s the main premise of a breakfast spot is toasting and warming. You should be cleaning up at the last 30mins of closing not almost an hour and a half before and prevent customers from their purchase

Yet another fast food establishment that cannot read online orders. Cheese when you ask for no cheese due to allergy. Forgets entire items like a coffee or a tea.

The employee was pleasant and appeared genuinely happy to help a customer. The doughnuts were so so, but no one goes to Dunkin’ Doughnuts for the best doughnuts on Earth. Service was quick despite having quite a packed store and I was out with my order in less than 15 minutes. I left a nice tip and would recommend this shop to anyone.
Also, my dad absolutely loved their coffee and drinks it every day.

There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.

Over priced coffee. Less money at wawa near by. They prefer drive-through because when you go in the store they make you feel rushed or you are made to feel uncomfortable The donuts are always fresh
