Food was horrible for a takeout order. Tried to go back with the full order. I tried one bite of the soup, and one nickel sized piece of chicken and they literally said a lot of the food was missing. Guess they didn’t give a full order to start with in that case. They don’t back their food for their customers. Very disappointing. I think it goes without saying, we won’t be back. Glad the rest of my family decided to order elsewhere, and we were only one horrible meal out. Says a lot about a place.

Food is always banging! Service is great. Although they don’t know how to handle ignorant rude American very well. I’ve been eating here for over twenty years. Only criticism is they need to raise their prices. This might drive off some of the undesirables. A couple months back I was in picking up my call in order 30 minutes till close. These two land whales walked in and demanded to be seated. They were informed they do a take out as it was almost closing. These two 400 pounders then begin haggling for extra free entrees. I was dying inside (so were they ). I didn’t see the outcome, my food was ready. I just padded the hostess on the back and wished her luck with waddling heart attacks. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Not sure why this place is rated so low, I thought it was amazing. I went after a long hike and got the Saigon special noodle soup. It had chicken, pork and shrimp along with assorted vegetables (Broccoli, carrots, cabbage, celery) and noodles. It had delicious flavor and the price for quantity was reasonable. I also got the fresh spring rolls with peanut sause. So so so delicious! I would say some of the best I have had. All together the food quantity was enough for two meals for me. It was great the day of but even better as left overs! I ordered as take out by ordering at the restaurant and it was under 30 minutes even with five other tables to cook for. The atmosphere seemed nice, if I had more time I would have stayed and dined in! Definitely recommend if your looking for classic comfort chinese food for reasonable price!

Overall low quality food. I called to give feedback, & inquire about a refund. I was yelled at that “we do NOT care about you.” I asked if I was understanding correctly that they do not care about their customers. He said we do NOT care about them. I had a lady call me back to say that I hurt their feelings & they would give me double meat. I said I couldn’t possibly be comfortable coming back. This escalated into hostility in seconds.

I understand the want to go home at the end of a long day. However, if I own a business and people come to my business a few minutes before I close, well I have to service them because the customer is always right and it’s just the thing that you’re supposed to do, or I thought anyways. They didn’t say sorry we’re closing and we have to ask you to come back tomorrow. They still wanted to make sure they made the last buck for the evening and took our orders. Now, if it were me, I would definitely has given my customer at least a complimentary appetizer or something because I was inconveniencing them and asking them to place their order and be ready to leave to take their order out. They didn’t offer that or anything,… I hardly ever get to go out to eat anymore. So it was kind of a big deal to be able to sit down and have a meal with a loved one. I don’t know now that I read over this, it seems a little judgmental. I’m just saying the reason I gave them a 3 instead of a 5 is because the food was great, but it was a real bummer to be asked to leave and hurried out when I was expecting to sit down and have a meal .

The Pho soup was extremely salty and also sweet. The bean sprouts they serve with the soup were rotten. Very bad because of the threat of listeria in bean sprouts is so important. The meat in the Pho soup was not served raw on the side like most so the meat was overcooked. I’m not going to order here, but the customer service was great! Very friendly! Just need to work on their flavors.

Arrived at 2:35, was told they were serving dinner not lunch anymore which is twice as expensive. It says right on their wall that they serve lunch till 3. Food was not fresh in any way. Also the sauces were very thin and runny. It is one of the only Chinese places in Monroe. But knowing what I know now I would make the drive to everett to have better Chinese food. The egg drop soup which is one of my favorite soups, was very bland and tasted nothing like egg drop soup. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone I know.

Excellent place. Service is top notch. Food is terrific. All in a very welcoming environment. Plan to visit frequently. The curry chicken is my current fave.
