ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and asked for hot off the broiler.
Received them thru the drive thru and both were not edible. The burgers were like hocky pucks and way overcooked and not hot off the broiler. Disappointing as Burger King has best tasting burgers compared to competition but only if the workers would take pride in their work and making the product you offer the way they are intended to be.

This place has just been the most ridiculous to deal with.
Food order times take FOREVER. ONLINE orders you have to WAIT for, again, FOREVER. Plus!!! Coming in with a family combo order and all you hear is swearing and nagging from the cooks makes you want to NOT trust the food that is being made. It doesn’t matter who’s manager is in at what shift. Any time I’ve had the unfortunate idea to come and get something from here since it’s near my work place, I just instantly am reminded why I didn’t want to come back.
Please don’t come here if you can. Unless you wanna hear groaning and complaining on the food you’re paying for. Especially if you’re trying to buy food for a few people.

Ordered with the app. They had issues with the computer. Zero communication while we stood there. My order was sent via the app, they kept serving the drive through so it seemed that register was working. Why not process those of us who are in the lobby with that register? It was two of us. My online order chit was hanging there the whole time. Over 15 minutes. Finally a guy asked me, then says I have to wait on fries. Triage much lately? Nope. Burger King, you’re no longer the King. $12 for a whopper meal when I can go to a great bar restaurant and get a $15 great burger and fries and not have horrible service.

Went through the drive-thru (outer lane). Was asked to wait. They continued to take orders from the inner lane from cars that arrived after we did. When I finally got someone’s attention and told them about taking order from people that arrived after I did, they said they were busy and there were only two people working and “Okay – goodbye and have an nice evening”. When it became clear that I wasn’t going anywhere I finally got my order placed and drove up to pay – was met with the most horrible attitude. Was asked to “go pull up there and wait for your order”. 15-minutes later I went inside to see my order sitting on the counter. When I confronted them I was told they were so busy. Yet there was not a single person inside and, contrary to “…there are only two of us working…” – there were four employees. It was very clear to me that they were just teaching me a lesson for calling them out for overlooking me in the drive-thru. I won’t even touch on how horrible, and cold, the food was. They did teach me a lesson – just not the one they thought I’d learn. Never again!

I am working in the area and decided to try out Burger King in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. I ordered the fried pickle ranch whopper with a drink and small fries. First off, Burger King fries are slept on, in my opinion. The fries were the perfect combination of a crispy outside and a soft inside, giving me a great experience while eating them. Onto the whopper. It was great! The flame-broiled patty, with the crunchy fried pickles, was magnificent, and the ranch sauce complimented it well. The fried pickles whopper is a winner in my book.
Speaking of this location specifically, this is the cleanest, most organized “fast food” restaurant I have been to in quite some time. The front of the restaurant was spotless, as was the kitchen and men’s bathroom. The employees were friendly, and I had a great all-around experience eating lunch here. I will be back.

I can’t tell if the staff is genuinely messing up on accident or if they’re doing it to be funny. The drive thru is so inconsistent and the amount of times they asked me to repeat my order (not complex by the way, one burger with no mayo add mustard, that’s it!) Multiple times they are just… not worth going to.

Store is full of comedians. Making me wait while taking others through the other lane. Making me repeat my order over and over. Elijah was the cashiers name. It’s happened a few times or I wouldn’t care. Kids will be kids but this is a regular thing.

Came to this location a few times and it was all bad.. food is sloppy mayonnaise everywhere, lettuce isn’t fresh it’s usually just wet and disgusting. Everytime I get asked to wait.. my sides fries, and jalapeño bits are always still cold. The workers on Tuesday do not care for there job. I do not recommend this Burger King go to Germantown!

I ordered a chocolate shake it had foreign materials in the shake. I definitely don’t recommend going to this location. I was deceived by the cleanliness of the outside of the building. I will be informing the health department about this situation.

Ordered ahead of time via the app. Came to the drive through and waited 15 min. My order was missing one of the drinks, the kids meals had the toy instead of cookie as I selected, 3 meals had just fries instead of the half onion rings/half fries, and almost none of the sauces I asked and paid for were given. Thank goodness I checked before I left the area. I went back inside to get the items I needed. There was one helpful employee but no apologies or reasons for why the order was so messed up.
