We visited on a busy Friday night to celebrate our son’s birthday. The restaurant was lively, with only a couple of tables available, and the staff kindly accommodated our request for an open corner table.
We started with the pork spring rolls, which were fantastic—savory, fresh, and a great way to begin the meal. I ordered the combo crispy noodles and was given the option of crispy or soft noodles; I chose the soft. When the dish arrived, the chicken, shrimp, beef, and vegetable mix was fresh and served hot. The noodles themselves, however, were not as warm as expected.
Overall, it was a good experience with attentive staff and a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

I wasn’t expecting this place to be so good. The service was fine. It was lunchtime and super slow but service still felt a bit slow. But totally made up for by the quality of food. It blew me away and still managed to buy a lunch for 2 for under 50 bucks after tip. Very nice place definitely recommend.

The food was very good. I had the sizzling seafood platter and the flavors were excellent. A couple of the folks I was dining with had the wonton soup and loved it. My only complaint is that there wasn’t quite enough seafood on the seafood platter. I would especially have liked more shrimp. But what was there was very well cooked, especially the mussels. Nothing was over or underdone and the sauce was delicious, so savory. I could put that on just about anything. The Thai tea was also great.
The ambiance is also quite nice, elegant but not overly formal.
The one other downside is that the service was pretty slow. It took a while to get drinks and to get our order taken. We weren’t in a rush, so it was just a minor inconvenience, but seemed worth mentioning.

We were very excited to come try this place, we’re very big fans of Vietnamese food. Unfortunately the place disappointed ☹️. When we came in a strong smell of fish sauce greeted us, and I know it’s a restaurant but still. place was nearly empty and service was very slow. I ordered a caramel fish, that seems like a good dish, but was extremely salty. I added some lemon and it was eatable, makes me think someone just overlooked it. My husband ordered a chicken pho that was delicious! The for dessert we ordered a fried banana, and it tasted like it was fried in already used oil…somewhat fishy

I’ve been a loyal customer of Saigon Flavors since it opened. My parents were friends with the original owner Charlie and we supported him in his endeavors when he left the restaurant Viet Garden on Colonial and Mills and started Saigon Falbora. Charlie has since sold the business but it still keeps the same flavor and charm it always had. I personally love anything that has grilled lemon chicken. The rice platter with grilled lemon chicken and the charlie sauce is a must if you’ve never tried it. Summer rolls here also hit like no other. I always order them when I come home, even if I’m only in town for 24hours, I order it via uber eats lol. This place is a must so please do yourself a favor and come visit!

Always liked this Vietnamese restaurant when I worked down the street so I tried it for Uber delivery. The Shrimp with Lemongrass was very flavorful and we enjoyed the Spring and Summer Rolls. The Shrimp & Broccoli Stir Fry over Vermicelli was also on point.

The Pho-King! I absolutely adore this place! There is nothing better on a rainy day (especially a cold rainy day) than a HUGE bowl of pho and these guys do it best! That’s why they are the Pho-King! Just look at those pictures – a pure masterpiece – to think of all that time that went into that one bowl – it makes you appreciate it so much more when you’re slurping it down. (Yes, the noises are plentiful when devouring a bowl of this caliber…) Don’t hold back… just enjoy…

The meat portions are insanely small at this place. If you compare to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, theirs are laughably tiny and the meals actually cost a little bit more here. Even the summer rolls have 1 teeny little shred of meat. It’s ridiculous. Not worth the money at all.
