Decor was very cute, however the corners could’ve used a good dusting. Cool atmosphere with great lighting for indoor dining.
Take out dining was quick and easy. No wait when arrived at the estimated timeframe. Order was fresh and delicious!
The spring roll was unlike anything we had ever seen before, and unfortunately, it tasted just as odd as it looked. It was not an enjoyable experience. As for the Chicken Pho, it was a mixed bag. The broth and noodles were quite good, but the grilled chicken had an off-putting, waterlogged texture that took away from the dish’s overall flavor.
While I appreciate the effort in maintaining a clean environment, the food quality just didn’t meet expectations. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a clean, modern, and inviting atmosphere. The staff was warm and attentive, and the service was impressively quick without sacrificing quality. Let’s talk food – **phenomenal**. The pho broth was rich and flavorful, packed with herbs and tender beef that melted in your mouth. The fresh herbs, jalapeños, sprouts, and lemon on the side took it to another level of perfection.
The **appetizers** were also a hit – crispy spring rolls and fresh, vibrant summer rolls with a peanut sauce that had us scraping the bowl. The **rainbow bean dessert** was refreshing and just the right amount of sweet, while the **Thai iced tea** was the perfect cool, creamy balance to our savory meal.
You can tell a lot of love and pride goes into every dish. It’s rare to find a spot where every item on the table is a 10/10, but Saigon Café nailed it. This is easily our new go-to Vietnamese spot – can’t wait to come back!
**Highly recommended.**
