Reviews
– vegetables didn’t taste super fresh
– salmon was pretty good, like air fried but wouldn’t call it flavorful
Bahn Xeo ⭐⭐⭐
– very coconut
– not super generous with the shrimp
❤️ Lemongrass chili chicken ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
– pretty good but wish it had more tumeric
– like the vegetables
Cabbage chicken salad ⭐⭐⭐⭐
– this is good but some of the chicken had bones, it didn’t specifically say it wouldn’t have bones but it just was strange to have in the middle
Beef pho ⭐⭐✨
– was told it was pretty average and not worth trying
myself: Combination Beef Pho and Lychee lemonade
Pho: it’s excellent when you have been to many different pho restuarants in the area including, Pho viet, Pho king, Pho tango, mimi Pho, Vivi Vietnamese, Pholandia, and Happy Bamboo. this takes the cake. i could eat this pho with out Hoisin and Siracha, there the broth is very flavorfull. your topping include the standard Sprouts, lime, mint and Jalepeno. and the table has a hosin and siracha bottle ready for deployment. recommendation for non meat eaters try the Vegetable Pho its a sepearate broth that is amazing and just as flavorful and is LOADED with vegatables so you with definitely get your fill. all in all 5star pho
lychee lemondade: comes with two lychee in the drink and a lime slice i took the lime slice and added it to my pho. i love extra lime. the drink itself has a good sweet and sour taste with the combination i don’t have anything to compare it to atm so please take this with a grain of salt. i like it and will order it again.
the atmosphere today was nice an quiet we popped in about 1230pm going to get my “BREAKFAST PHO” not going to leave a review of my partners items cause they love this place and i think my words wont do it justice enough but they had the Coconut tofu Curry plate and the Coconut juice with coconut meat.
*i will mention this is not our first time here as we’ve been going to this place since 2022 and the owner knows what we will order most of the time.* we do throw some curveballs at times but nothing crazy i’ve had the oxtail pho and its great but ill leave a proper review of it again when i order it next time.
We got beef pho with brisket, drunken chicken, and vegetarian spring rolls (which were the best spring rolls I’ve ever had in my life), and this place has become an instant favorite.
First I tried Sai Gon combination which had grilled pork, chicken, beef and shrimp with some pickle roots and carrot and some cucumbers, one spring rolls and I added extra veggies (loved the steamed ones, not salty at all!) I ate them all except the rice, portion was too big.
Second time I tried the Lemongrass crusted salmon. This was also very good which underneath it was mango salad with jicama (never had this in Taiwan) and extra veggies. I loved it and ate it all.
Third time I finally tried the Beef Pho which was the original driving force to try this restaurant. It was also very good (with extra veggies).
If I stay there longer, I got to try the La La beef and other specialties!!!!
2024/7
I am here for business trip again and the first thing I did after I arrived from airport was to drive here straight to have my dinner. Ate salmon set again with extra veggies, still as tasty as last year.
The next day I tried La La beef. It was steak cubes which was pan fried in marinated sauce. If you only had the steak, it was quite strong flavor, but it tasted good as it went with the salad underneath it and good with my extra veggies. This gave you some freshness along with meat. Also to get more protein I ordered the grilled satay skewers as starters. It was served with some toasted peanuts and some pickle carrot and white radish. Love it. This restaurant really never lets you down.
I highly recommend this place.
