This is definitely a hidden gem! The smell of food will make you want to order everything on the menu, allow me to elaborate. It’s hidden in an easy to miss spot, please follow GPS.

We had N4. Kano Sai, it’s a rare northern Thai noodle dish. Wider noodle makes a huge different. The creaming peanuty sauce, sweet and savory makes want to lick the plate!

The broth for pho is so light and refreshing, but full of flavors. One thing I don’t like about pho is I end up smell like pho afterwards, but this place doesn’t!!

Garlic butter steak sandwich, the name speaks for itself self. Onion lovers, besides the pickled onions, they even stir fried the onions with the garlic butter steak!! Did I mention garlic butter?!

That’s not it, we also ordered the House Special rice plate, it comes with steamed egg! It’s not just regular steam eggs, there are glass noodles and flavors in the egg! The rice, the meat, everything is perfect balanced.

Did I mention the appetizer? Nope, we didn’t order the usual spring rolls, we ordered chicken satay!! Again, the sauce!! Oh, her spicy chill sauce is also delicious! I am going to ask if I can buy a jar! So crispy, full of aroma, and it goes so well with everything and it’s not too spicy! You have to try it, because I can’t wait to go back again.

Been there twice now and I found this place really good the pho broth doesn’t have the cinnamon taste to it that other places have and I enjoyed that alot more I think it was the coconut shrimp but that was really good don’t really like buying appetizers but that was really good… Really good would recommend stoping by if your in the area!!

I’ve been all over the valley for pho and Saigon Blossom is definitely top 3. I’ve dined in 4 times and takeout 3 times. I usually order the large ribeye pho for $15.99. The broth was clear and delicious. Their chili sauce was chef’s kiss. Portions were accurate and the dining area was relaxing. Staff are friendly and there is a lot of parking. Highly recommend!

The lo mein with chicken was good, the sweet and sour chicken was good, and th ham fried rice was good it almost taste like a breakfast meal.

The service was good and the place was clean. The Pad Thai was OK tasting, but the noodles were a little off.

Saigon Blossom: The Pho is a Revelation! A 10/10 Food Destination!

If you are a fan of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, or just a fan of truly exceptional food, stop what you are doing and put Saigon Blossom at the top of your dining list. This charming spot is an absolute hidden gem, and I’m still raving about my meal!

Family owned restaurant, super friendly and casual. I wanted more spice in my drunken noodles and they were more than willing to accommodate, asking more questions to make sure I got what I wanted.
The set up is a little weird and the location is easy to miss. Food is wonderful and I can’t wait to try the Pho and Bahn Mi. I’ll be back for sure. I love supporting smaller places like this and I think you will too!

This is a hidden gem! It really doesn’t look like much outside, I was kind of hesitant. But it’s rated well so I thought I’d give it a try. Oh my gosh, it’s excellent! They were playing an informational video on how food is made in Vietnam that was fun. I had the vermicelli, and it was *so good*- the noodles were hot, the sauce was sweet and peanut-y, and there were lots of vegetables! My friend had the lo mien and hers was excellent as well. Clean and nice inside, the owner was courteous and smiling, wanted to make sure the food was to our satisfaction. Great place!

What a delightful experience! I happened to visit on their first day open under new ownership and the staff were all so sweet and excited to be there. I had a tofu lemongrass noodle bowl and fried veggie rolls. Both dishes were delicious and fresh with tons of veggies. I’ll be back soon to try their banh mi and some curry from their Thai menu!

I’ve been coming to this place for a while and with new owners, comes new food. I spoke with Annie, her Son, and Vivian (I hope I spelled those right). They’ve added Thai to their menu, and it’s super yummy. It hits the spot, and I can’t wait to try more.

Delicious food, with friendly and welcoming staff. Love to support the smaller locally owned restaurants and it’s great to have one nearby! I recommend the garlic butter steak banh mi or the ribeye and brisket pho. I’ve never dined in but it’s cozy and well decorated so it would be a great place to dine in too!
