Always soooooo yummy! When I order food for takeout, I always want 3 things: 1) hot and fresh 2) affordable quality and 3) super consistent yummy-ness. Sai Thai always delivers on all three.
The food is always cooked consistently and well and is piping hot when I arrive home. Portions are plenty to enjoy a meal and have leftovers or to divide among a couple. The customer service is always kind and quickly able to collect orders while still letting you feel their appreciation. They are also good at helping you to know how much to order for larger groups or recommend items that are crowd pleasers. Definitely ecstatic to have access to such a restaurant to enjoy.

Sai Thai might just be the best restaurant in Brantford. We’ve ordered from here at least 10 times in the last few years and the food is always consistently amazing. The mango curry is life changing. The freshest vegetables, tofu and meat and the most intense delicious flavours. If you’re sensitive to spice, I wouldn’t go above 3 or 4 on the spice scale!

We had such a wonderful experience at Sai Thai! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted like it was made with care, and it really felt like authentic Thai cooking.

What truly made our visit special, though, was the service. Our waiter was incredibly kind and so accommodating to us and our baby. He was patient, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Small gestures like that make a huge difference, especially when dining out with a little one.

Overall, Sai Thai delivered amazing food and even better hospitality. We left feeling happy, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Definitely a five-star experience, and we’ll be back again!

Sai Thai is my family’s favourite Thai restaurant. The food is always delicious. We have tried different dishes from the menu and we love the wontons/ curries/ pad thai/ thai basil noodles. They also have such amazing staff who are very warm and welcoming. Keep up the good work guys!

We have ordered take-out here several times over the years and the food has always been great. I have also dined in and the restaurant has plenty of tables available but it does get busy on the weekends. Their Pad Thai, Beef and Bok Choi, and Chicken fried rice are excellent. We also order the General Tao and it was delicious. Apologies that the photos were taken after we had already started eating the take-out food. The staff are polite and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant if you want to try some Thai food. You can order the spice level to your preference if you don’t like your food too spicy.

We were thinking of coming here for a very long time. But better late than never!!! Everything about this place was just a **chefs kiss.
The food was amazing, the people were amazing.
We got the veggie pineapple fried rice (spice lever 7) and the udon stir fried noodles (spice level 9 – I could even do a 10, lol) . The taste was superb, though I would love alil more quantity – because it was so good it got done so fast
My husband and I loved the variety as well and we will keep coming back for more.

This is a gem for sure. It is a small and very friendly restaurant with incredible food. The Mango Salad is delicious as were four other ordered items. This is a perfect example of how to have a wonderful meal without the usual “chain restaurant” flavour. Priced right with excellent service. Highly recommend!!

This is a nice low-key resteraunt. Chill vibe. Friendly staff. I found the Udon and wanton soup to be a bit bland. The broth lacked rich flavor complexity that I have become a custom to in my culinary travels. The Curry dish had great flavor and was the highlight of the meal. It had a good balance, and all the individual flavors came through. The price to portion ratio gives great value. You get a good amount for what you pay. Everything had fresh ingredients. There wasn’t anything negative about my experience here. The three star rating reflects the contrast between comparable resteraunts Iv been to with similar menu items. I have to keep it . It’s affordable and gets the job done, but there was no wow factor and I felt what we got sort of fell flat. I will definitely give some other menu items a try in the future, considering there is quite a bit to choose from. Maybe I just haven’t found their specialty dish yet.

Super delicious Thai food. Best in Brantford for sure and the most consistent. Had the khao soi and pad Thai dishes and they were full body flavoured and with good portions. Could have had more meat but flavour was on point. If you’re a fan of spice you’ll love how they ask what spice level you’d like. The spice is actual spice and not your typical franks red hot sauce/ simple pepper at white/ caucasian restaurants. A level 4 is a good place to start! Definitely our go to Thai restaurant in Brantford.

My fiancé told me we had to come here (she had tried it before and she loved the pad thai).

For the appetizer we got 6b grilled beef. We really enjoyed the peanut sauce and the beef was amazing

We each got a pad thai (one chicken and one pork) and I have to say this is probably the best pad Thai in Brantford! I got the spice level at 2 and it was a perfect balance between the sweet and slight spice. Great texture on the noodles and wow caramelized onion with green onion took it to the next level for me! Fantastic!

We also split the 18a Won ton with egg noodle soup. Broth was great one of the best won ton soups I’ve had in Brantford. Noodles were perfect (not soggy at all) and it had a generous portion of meat/vegetables. Although we were so hungry/excited to eat we forgot to take pictures of the soup. My bad

We got takeout from here the next night as well so I’d definitely recommend giving it a try. Some of the best food in Brantford for sure and the staff were very friendly as well.
