My partner and I came here to flee from the cold during Silver Bells 2022. I got the eggplant plate, and wow—the eggplant was delicate, tender, and flavorful! My partner’s chicken shawarma sandwich was delicious as well. The staff were kind, and the service was *very* fast. I will definitely come here again next time I’m downtown.

The food was very good. I ordered a chicken kabob over mujadarrah (rice, lentils, onions) and it was delicious. Chicken was flavorful and moist. I also had a small Greek salad and hummus. Everything tasted amazing. I will eat here again and highly recommend.

The best spot for lunch in downtown Lansing. Quick service. Fantastic and FRESH tabbouli. Great vegetarian options (mujadara and burgol are my go-tos). Also really flavorful kofta.

This is my favorite place to eat in the Capitol Area. Many healthy food options – as many veggie dishes as meat. Excellent service & the quality of food is also excellent – everything is fresh & freshly prepared during the morning & ready to serve at lunch – little to no waiting. The dude that owns it is a master at his craft & couldn’t be any friendlier. Also, many smaller portions as “sides” available which you don’t see at other downtown restaurants. Can’t wait to eat here again!
