We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Foglia and it was honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.
We’ve been vegan for nine years and have eaten everywhere from NYC to LA and plenty of places in between. This was the best experience we’ve had, period. We chose the chef’s tasting menu with the non alcoholic wine pairings and every single course felt thoughtful, creative, and perfectly executed. Nothing felt like it was trying too hard. It was just beautiful food that tasted incredible.
The non alcoholic pairings were just as impressive. They elevated each dish in a way that made the whole experience feel special and intentional. It never felt like we were missing out on anything.
What really set the night apart was the service. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to be there. You could feel the pride in what they were serving. They explained each course with care and made my wife feel celebrated without making it over the top.
It is rare to walk out of a restaurant feeling like everything was a 10 out of 10, but that’s exactly how we felt. Absolutely wonderful experience and such a gift to have a vegan place like this. We cannot wait to come back.

Just wow! We did the tasting menu and what a delight! We are sober, and they paired our food with delicious N.A. wines! The food was just incredible. What’s more is the service! From the hostess to the servers, each employee makes its guests feel like you are at home.

Sidney was a wonderful server, and did a wonderful job pacing our meal. Food was fantastic, little tasting bites between courses was a delightful surprise. House made crackers with whipped feta and beet caramel, amazing. Excited to try their supper club!

Visiting the area and had the most wonderful meal at Foglia. Everything about it was wonderful from calling and making a reservation and having Linda make me feel so welcomed and excited for us to come to arriving and getting what felt like royal treatment and unbelievably delicious food. They have really gone all out with attention to detail here. It’s not often you find a restaurant that has dialed in all aspects: ambiance, food and service. But this place has it all and does it well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It was our first time visiting this beautiful establishment. We started off with French Onion Soup,Chickpea fries, and the Focaccia bread. All delicious! We had the Lasagna special and the Spaghetti with pomodora sauce. The pasta melted in our mouths and the sauce was the perfect amount of acidity. We ended the night with a piece of Gingerbread mouse. The entire night was amazing! The chef was engaging and graciously accepted our praise. The environment, staff, and delicious food was a beautiful way to celebrate my husband’s Birthday! Looking forward to going back and if you haven’t been yet please don’t sit on Foglia!!

This restaurant is amazing! We came up from Brooklyn to go to RI VegFest and made sure to get a reservation here before we went. Everything was delicious and the staff, including the chef/owner, are great! Fresh homemade pasta is delicious (whether you’re vegan or not). Husband said that his lions mane mushroom filet’s gravy was amazing and the tenderness of the mushroom melted in his mouth.
February 2026 update : We came back to RI for the RI VegFest and everything was so amazing that we went two out of the three nights that we were in RI! First night we had 3 appetizers, 4 entrees, and 2 desserts among the two of us. Second night we had 4 appetizers, 4 entrees, and 1 dessert. We ate almost everything on the menu these past two nights and Everything is phenomenal!

Fantastic, flawless experience. Came to Foglia to celebrate a wedding and we got great seating, free champagne courtesy of the chef, amazing service, and everything we ordered was DELICIOUS. The foccacia was stunning, the Lions Mane Filet was a culinary masterpiece, the desserts were incredible, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s the best dining experience I’ve had to date.

OMG! Run don’t walk here for one of the most incredible meals you could have. Vegan or non vegan you will be blown away by what can only be described as pure artistry on a plate. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful in selecting the perfect combination of dishes.
