It’s a steakhouse. It was middling to be honest. The potato was good and had plenty of extras, but the steak wasn’t all that great, especially for the price. Service was good, as they didn’t really have many people there. The atmosphere was a bit stoic. There was alot of things missing off the walls. Maybe they’re having a remodel. Either way, it’s alright but nothing great.

This place is a great find! Our sever was Amanda and she was excellent .The brisket ( they smoke their own) was very tender and great. Prices are very reasonable and the food was very good and good portions. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean, atmosphere was relaxing. Definitely stop in if you’re ever in Wilkesboro, NC

We ate at Stage Brush Steakhouse tonight as a party of four. The food itself was excellent, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing.
We were told multiple times what we could not have — including being unable to have our meat cooked the way we wanted and being told we couldn’t order certain menu items. On top of that, there was a strict limit of two rolls per person, which felt unreasonable given the prices being charged.
It’s been years since I last visited, and I had heard the service had gone downhill, but I wanted to give it a chance. Sadly, those concerns turned out to be true. When you’re paying premium prices for a meal, you should be able to order it the way you want and not feel restricted at every turn.
The food was good, but service matters just as much. It will be a long time before I consider returning.

The food was okay. The steak was undercooked. (Was rare and I asked for medium) the macaroni was… bland, the cowboy potatoes were pretty good. The steak had good flavor but again very undercooked from what I asked for. Barely saw my server. The decor was pretty absent and bare. I don’t particularly recommend this location.

Sagebrush absolutely killed it. The vibes, the service, everything was on point. Gracie was hands down the highlight super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. She went above and beyond and really made us feel welcome. If you’re thinking about coming here, do it and ask for Gracie. Definitely coming back.

We had a sirloin steak and it was very good. The baked potato and salad was also very good. Jessica was our waitress and she did an excellent job. She kept our tea glasses full and came to check on us several times to see if we needed anything.
