We ate there this evening. The waitress was AMAZING. THE FOOD however was not. We have two children under age 5. The cheese fries had no cheese on it. We waited over an HOUR for our food and it was not busy at all. We had concluded that wed pat for our drinks and appetizer and leave but by the time w÷ decided to they brought our food out. It was COLD. The steak was undercooked for my taste. The manager did the best he could with our complaint by saying ” the kitchen was swamped ” he did apologize and give hs a discount on the food. So he tried to make it right which was appreciative. But we do not eat out often, even the bathrooms did not seem clean. I was overall really disappointed with our visit…

Table service is better than the food. Sirloin steak came out medium rare as ordered. Plain, unseasoned, uninspiring taste unless you use sauce. Good price on draft beers. Tables not all cleaned/wiped down when seated. Most of the staff (not all) seemed more interested in the TV at the bar than customers coming in. Not terrible, but not the only place in Mt Airy to get a steak.

The waitress we had was terrible. She did not refill our drinks, gave her 100.00 and took her at least 15 minutes to get our change. There was another couple that experienced the same and actually got up and walked out. I walked the whole restaurant looking for her and she was no where to be found while she was getting our change. My chicken tenders were burnt, overall I did not enjoy it. I’m pretty sure the waitress was high

We were totaled ignored by older waitress server. She waited and served bread and took orders from 2 couples that came in after us. We got up to leave. I asked for the manager at the door. The poor manager had only been there 5 days. I felt so sorry for her. She was very apologetic and wanted to know how she could accommodate us if we stayed or came back. Told her we were only here for the night traveling thru the state. Told her she needed to show that waitress the door. She has an attitude problem and is bucking heads with new management

We had the best experience there this weekend, the food was great and the service was the best we have had anywhere in a long time . The brisket was juicy and the bbq beans we’re delicious. It was busy so we thought it would be a while for our food so we got some pickle chips to start and they were awesome . We didn’t even finish them before the food came out . Sagebrush has really stepped up since the last visit a couple of years ago . Give it a try . You won’t be disappointed.

Visited for a booked birthday party from 6-8. We didn’t get to leave until nearly 10 pm because staff ,including management couldn’t figure out how to separate the bill so that the guests could pay for our food! We kept being told it’s a computer problem for 2 hours!!! On top of that our food orders weren’t correct and we had to have things corrected. We had to ask for refills several times just to get one refill. They eventually ended up comping the entire part because after waiting for our tickets for 2 hours we had children we HAD TO leave to go pick up from other locations. We couldn’t wait any longer. Absolutely disappointing service. The only positive was the new waitress that had only been working for a couple of days was really sweet. I felt bad for her. They certainly should have given her more training to prepare her for serving a party! MANAGEMENT SHOULD KNOW HOW TO SEPERATE A TICKET! A customer shouldn’t have to suggest voiding a ticket and starting from the beginning to ring up individual orders! That should have been done from the beginning. Saves a HUGE headache and a huge loss of money!

Awesome food. Great Service. Love to see a staff that works together. We ordered two ribeyes with baked potatoes and salads. Cooked to perfection and the potato was hot. We also notice who we didn’t know at the time was the general manager helping our sever . Refilling drinks. Talking to the customers and taking up dishes. I love to see this interaction. Than I went to the woman’s room were I than see the same manager actually cleaning the rest rooms . So I asked her mam do you need some help. I see your employees working but you are right there with them and now cleaning the rest rooms. She replied I do it all as long as it gets done to keep our business running. I just thought maybe you should give her props . As we talked and told her how much we enjoyed everything she gave us a coupon for our next visit. So here’s to our server tori and Fawn the general manager . Be proud of your team . People pay attention to more than you think they do. Cheers to you all. See you soon. Thanks so much.

The first time we went, it was amazing. The food was perfect, and the service 5 star. The last time we were there, the food was all mediocre (brown lettuce, cold tough steaks, old fries) to bad. The server tried. It was her first day, and it appeared she had no support. She can be forgiven most of her issues; the kitchen, not so much.

So in conclusion I have to say this store is hit or miss.

We were absolutely starving whenever we arrived and left just the same. Service was horrible. (Was wondering if the waitress had left at one point.) Food took forever to get to our table and half of the plates were cold when we got it. Steaks had zero flavor and wasn’t cooked properly. One order was wrong. Was afraid to send anything back because we were not looking to spend the night. Burger King was on point after the fact.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews of this place before going. Sure wish now I had. Decided to order the lunch special – Fish & Chips. Took forever for it to arrive, there was only one other occupied table in the place. When it did arrive we were told the cook was making more fish as some of ours didn’t cook right and the extra pieces would be out later. There was much batter you couldn’t find the fish. Lots of fries with it but they were tasteless. We didn’t wait around for the extra fish. Don’t waste your time and money!
