The appetizer (seared salmon, scallops, and beef sashimi) tastes good with a strong Asian flavor, seated with soy sauce, ginger, and scallion.
The odon noodles and duck confit are both solid and good.
Good for a decent (but not fancy) meal if okay with the price.
The ambiance was chic and upscale yet relaxed, perfect if you’re on a date, out with friends, or enjoying a solo indulgence. The atmosphere was stylish, inviting, and thoughtfully curated.
I will absolutely be returning the next time I’m in town and I highly encourage anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience to visit Sage 400. This place is truly something special.
Thanks for an amazing experience!
Solid spot with a great atmosphere—definitely a nice choice for a date night or relaxed dinner out. The ambiance is warm and stylish without being over the top, and the service was on point throughout our visit.
The food was prepared well and everything tasted fresh, but nothing really stood out as memorable or unique. If you’re looking for inventive or bold flavors, this might not be the place—but if you’re after a reliably good Japanese meal in a great setting, it absolutely delivers. A safe bet, and I’d come back.
Bar includes two large televisions.
Unfortunately didn’t have a menu for their drinks, only speciality cocktails. Didn’t offer virgin drinks/mocktails. Offered coke products
Soda was $4
This remains a great Japanese restuarant. The service is always friendly and fast. The restaurant feels spacious and open, beautifully decorated. The food is simply delicious and always artistically plated. A great place for delicious, consistent Japanese food and service.
