The food here is extremely good. The staff here is very pleasant. Large seating, clean, and well managed. Food takes like 20mins to come out of the kitchen but is fairly priced and fresh. Would recommend this location over the Jamaica location. Thai soup, lollipop chicken, and sizzling beef are the mist tries here.

We ordered from Uber Eats, and while eating, we bit into something very hard. After checking the sugar fried rice, we found several eggshells mixed in. It was extremely unhygienic and showed very poor quality.

10 years ago, I remember the ratings were way higher for this place, and I just got a chance to see why. It’s actually nowhere as flavorful as I remember it. Quality and service have gone down a lot. It all made sense when the check came 15% service tax on there. Service tax for 4 pp?

We ordered the following, and the quality definitely went down. Lollipop Chicken and manchurian shrimp had mainly breading and not seasoned enough. Tom Yum and lo mein was average. I probably won’t return again.

We’ve been to this location many times, but this visit was definitely the best! We started with wontons, Thai soup, and lollipop chicken—every bite was spot on. For mains, we had the Sagar special mixed fried rice, mixed masala chow mein, lamb sizzling, fish sizzling, and chili onion. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. Our whole group truly enjoyed the meal! Big kudos to the chef and the front-of-house team. This spot remains at the top of my list for Bangladeshi Chinese cuisine!

Sagar never disappoints us and this branch is the best we’ve tried! The mixed chicken and shrimp Thai soup was flavorful, the wontons and dumplings were perfectly cooked, and the chicken lollipop was crispy and delicious. As regular Sagar customers, we found the service and quality here exceptional. Highly recommend this spot for Desi Chinese cravings!

I visited with my friends today, and the food was incredible. However, my only concern was the customer service. The staff was too quick to clear our plates. When my friend finished his first bowl of soup, he paused for a moment, but the waiter immediately took the bowl without asking. This felt unprofessional and made us feel rushed.
This is not the first time this has happened; I have experienced the same issue in the past. Because of this, I wanted to bring it to the attention of the administration in hopes that it can be improved.
