As a vegetarian I to ask my family their thoughts on the place and they were unanimous: great!
In short, one menu, one mission, and they’ve nailed it — crispy perfection, sauce that could start wars, and Texas toast that’s basically the edible equivalent of a warm hug (I got a piece of it and frankly; it’s really good).
The Azusa location runs like a well-oiled fryer: quick service, clean tables, and a staff that somehow stays cheerful while handing out joy in a box.
Pro tip: Don’t overthink it — get the combo, double the sauce, and use the fries as a delivery system for pure happiness. Oh, and don’t skip the toast. That’s rookie behavior.

The Box combo is my to go! Comes with 4 tenders, fries, coleslaw and toast.
I always order mine with extra toast instead of slaw. Their food is always fresh here and good flavor, can’t complain. The thing is 9 out of 10 times they give you only a few fries and their tenders have gotten so small at times they compare to size of chicken nuggets just keeping it real, so you don’t get your money’s worth here.
Now their customer service HORRIBLE especially at the drive through,no customer service skills and when you pull up to the window even worse, salty attitudes and faces. They do skimp out on condiments here as well, it’s like how are you only going to give me one pack of ketchup for the Box combo,I’m like really put 3 more in there man lol! I always have to ask not for extra condiments but just enough. Might be going down the street to popeyes.
When this location first opened up they were hooking it up with their food then it just went downhill on quality and quantity. The restaurant itself really nice inside, the wall decor awesome! Inside clean as well as the patio clean.

I went here on 01/07/2026 thru the drive thru and the cashier there was really rude. This was at 10:36pm. They could not even get my order right. I told them to cook my chicken extra crispy. It wasn’t even crispy at all. Then told them to put sauce in the bag she couldn’t even do that. Then with the drinks and no straws at all. Like how could you be like this to people that haven’t even done anything to be getting treated like that. Wish that this place was a little bit nicer. All the other ones have way better service then this one. It’s like the managers are right there and didn’t say anything to her. Hope they could be better to their customers then they are right now.

If I could give this a 0 star for the customer service I would! I came out of a 8 hour shift and I decided to get canes after work because I was so hungry and tired and I got there around 10:30 PM today. The cashier with a lot of necklaces on her was so freaken rude. Like she didn’t even smile nor even want give me ketchup she has an ugly attitude. I cannot this place needs to hire better staff with better customer service. I work retail and not even do I have this shitty attitude. And it’s like I was in a good mood before and then I got there and my night was ruined, didn’t get greeted or nothing either just got handed my food so rudely.

The food was good, and it’s one of my daughter’s favorite places to eat. The lady working there was so kind—she brought the food out to me and even went back inside to grab extra sauces. Five stars for this place.

The place looks clean and organized. And decor is much more aesthetically pleasing than any other fast food restaurant you’ve ever been to, and the service was friendly and fast.The food itself is just okay. Nothing to write home about, and I did not get any wow factor from that dipping sauce everybody seems to talk about. The fingers were moist and fried to order as requested, but that was overshadowed by the fries being lukewarm, and the portion size was extremely meager, especially for a combo that costs $17. Their coleslaw dressing was a bit off, like it was missing some seasoning or acidity, and again, the portion size was a complete joke. Two hungry adults need to spend between 30 to $35 to feel you had an actual meal. With so many other options available in the area, I don’t see why I’d ever come back.

This location always delivers great service. The food is fresh every time, and the chicken never tastes greasy. They keep the dining area tidy, and the drive-thru moves pretty quickly compared to other fast-food spots in the area.

The chicken is great. The toast is great, and the fries are delicious. What isn’t their to like about canes. Fresh and delicious the best fast food place for fried chicken. The canes sauce is probably the best sauce to touch earth as well. Absolutely amazing would recommend.

BEST-tasting Raising Cane’s Chicken I’ve had of all the locations I’ve been to! Moist, with a flaky crisp!
2-lane drive thru (can get a bit crowded during peak hours since lot is compact for all of the demand for Cane’s be advised)
Ate here at Friday, 7:30p.m. and had my order in 5 minutes. Superbly impressed
Ample outdoor seating and indoor seating as well with clean Restrooms available.
They sell hats and shirts (see pictures)
And the kids meals have toys they could assemble that turns out to be a figurine (shown under the clothing in the clothing pic)
Lemonade is delicious and not overly sweet which I’m a huge stickler for (Yeah I’m talking to you Chick-fil-A) and if I heard correctly, it’s either 13¢, or 30¢ for a lemonade refill (worth it).
Other beveregas are self-serve & don’t require paying for them.
The inside is very nice also, but these summer days are perfect here in Southern California to pass up the outdoor seating. Fantastic location with cheerful staff.
One guy in his later 30s with a tattoo was suuuuper cheerful and energetic which turned my stressed day into a great one so I’m very thankful for that
