I have been in Fort Collins since 2007 and this is HANDS DOWN the most delicious ice cream shop I have ever been to. The flavors are unique, the colors are bright, environment is welcoming and warm, and you can tell love has been poured into every ounce of that shop. I am a BIG ice cream fan and a loyal customer to the longstanding (and newer trending) favorites here in town, but this takes the cake. This ice cream shop has no competitors and deserves no notes. The bathroom toilet paper was even tied in a pretty little bow, and by that time I had already fallen it love with the place. It feels like a little secret no one knows about yet; I hope it gains traction and more people go there. The prices are also super affordable! I will be dreaming of this place any time I have an ice cream hankering, and I’m already thinking of excuses to make it back there this week. Great job Saffron Scoops n Bites, this is ice cream done like no one here has done it before, and I will return back to you as soon as is socially acceptable…maybe in just a few business days.

Best kept secret! The ice cream is incredible. It’s made with cows milk from India. Holy ice cream!!! I recommend the buttery blush, but they are all incredible. Also the food is awesome and priced well. They have daily deals too. Enjoy!!

We only stopped in for food tonight, but honestly WOW, feel like I’ve been sleeping on this place. Awesome Kebab, just the right amount of heat and extremely tasty, everything was super flavorful; and we appreciate you folks being open tonight!
Means a lot for a solid hot meal when we weren’t up to cooking. Now I gotta set aside some time to come back and try the scoops part!
All the best from ours to yours!

Went for ice cream and loved the unique flavors they offer.
They have dairy and non dairy options.
They have about 10 different flavors to choose from
They have cardamom and saffron spiced ice creams.
Very different from all the other ice cream shops!
I haven’t tried their lunch/dinner menu yet but look forward to it;)

In our family’s opinion, this is the best ice cream shop in FC! Much healthier choices and very interesting flavors! (I don’t think they use artificial dyes). Great selection. My kids love their mango, coconut and Meetha Paan ones. Yum!
Masala is delicious too!
It’s not a conventional sit down and dine place though, although they do have a couple picnic tables outside and two bar height tables inside.
PS Check their grocery store Turmeric next door as well, great for spices and other stuff.

Delicious, unique, fun! Over 20 different Indian flavors of ice cream. The mango ice cream brought me back to a tropical place! Cute, hard-working local business. (He eagerly let me try as many flavors as I wanted).
Check it out!

First time in Fort Collins and it was a beautiful hot day, ice cream was necessary of course. After some light research, we found Saffron which hosts a large menu of traditional Indian ice cream flavors and I was beyond intrigued and we had to stop by. The person working today was kind and patient as we tried so many flavors, from Indian black plum, to rose pistachio, cardamom, and so much more. I got the falooda kulfi (rose, pistachio, basil seeds) and also chai biscuit. My partner got Indian black plum and cardamom. To say it was beyond delicious is an understatement. The ice cream was light and creamy and so flavorful, floral and herbal. This was my first time experiencing traditional Indian ice cream flavors and it will definitely not be the last. I cannot wait to come here again, thank you so much.

If I knew it was primarily a pickup and go kind of place I would probably not have chosen it. The cashier didn’t ask if I was going to eat there or wanted to go so I’m assuming they just expect everyone to pick up and go I got the chicken tikka and it’s not very good. If I knew I had to take it home I could have just made my own rice but I paid extra because it’s not included, you get small container or tikka with about 9 pieces of chicken. The chicken was dry as well so probably just reheated, and now I have all of this extra rice I don’t know what to do with. It’s right down the road from me and my curiosity is satisfied but I probably would not get this again. I’m going to keep on the hunt for really good curry in town. The cashier was very nice at least, with a big smile, and greeted me when I walked in the door.

We ordered dinner tonight through UberEats after reading great reviews and were really excited to try it out. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We got the family meal, but the chicken in both the chicken and lamb dishes was extremely dry and nearly inedible. The naan was soft on top but so hard on the bottom that it was difficult to bite through. The samosas, however, were excellent and full of flavor. We also received ice cream with our order, but it was packed with the hot food and arrived completely melted. Overall, we were disappointed and probably wouldn’t order again.
