They have different menus for Chinese customers and Non-Chinese Customers. Former is the authentic northern style, above average in not compared to the NYC metro area. Latter is sushi etc. but we didn’t try (and will not give a try). Arrived around 1:30ish on Sat, pretty empty and dishes were served relatively quick. Also easy to find parking at this time.

The sweet and sour pork (guobaorou) is amazing, and the staff are really nice. The indoor seating near the kitchen feels a bit warm, but I’d still go back just for the guobaorou!

We’ve been driving 20 miles to this restaurant 4–5 times a year because we really liked the food.
But during our last visit, the hostess (or manager) greeted us with an unfriendly, almost angry expression as soon as we arrived.
We always bring our service dog and mention it clearly, but she responded with unclear explanations and gestures that made us feel unwelcome. She even spoke in her language to another staff member, and they both stared at us, which was very uncomfortable.
We were seated at a table right in front of the kitchen — the same spot where staff usually take breaks — definitely not a table you’d offer to regular guests.
We decided to ignore it and enjoy the meal, but the food wasn’t the same. The GuoBaoRou was overcooked and dry, unlike before.
I truly regret saying this because we used to love this place, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
Other serving staff were professional as always — just not this hostess.

Came here for a group lunch, and we had a good experience. The staff greeted us when we arrived and sat us down right away. There weren’t too many people during lunch hour on a Friday. The staff was friendly, and it probably made it a bit easier as most of us can speak Mandarin.
We all ordered the lunch special, which is a great deal for $11.50. You get either a soup or salad and then a main entrée that’s pretty filling.
The food was very good and hot, although the soup was only just warm. It’s definitely worth coming here for lunch. Curious on the rest of the menu as they also have sushi.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Staff members were dismissive, inattentive, and spoke in a rude tone when simple questions were asked.
We waited an excessive amount of time to be acknowledged, and once we were, our concerns were not taken seriously. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Basic hospitality, communication, and courtesy were completely lacking.
A dining experience is not just about food — it’s also about how customers are treated. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic service standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made, because no customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected while spending their money.

As somebody with a severe sesame allergy, eating Asian cuisine has always been a challenge for me. I have always had to be extremely careful, usually avoiding Asian cuisine altogether to avoid the risk of cross-contamination with sesame seeds or oil. However, I work nearby and one day I decided to call QQ Asian to see if it were a possibility to order something that didn’t have sesame, and it turns out that they were able to accommodate me more than I thought! They mainly use a different oil (vegetable, I believe) for most of the food, and when I call to place an order, I always remind them of my allergy and they do a great job of making sure my food doesn’t come in contact with ANY sesame. I appreciate the staff at QQ Asian for not only making consistently great food, but for also taking into consideration an allergy that had previously made it feel impossible to explore Asian cuisine. (Allergies vary in severity, so if you have allergies, only try if you feel comfortable.)
Also, the place is very clean and well-maintained. I will definitely continue taking out from here!

18% gratuity auto-added to the bill for 2 adults 1 teen and 1 toddler? the food didn’t taste good this time as well… they also keep adding avocados to the sushi rolls i ordered that doesn’t have any indicated when others have… fillers… i would have given them at least 2 stars but the 18% gratuity built-in is too much for me… sad…

From the moment I sat down, I could already tell things were off. The staff seemed distracted, unorganized, and uninterested in providing even basic customer service. Simple requests felt like a burden, and the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel welcoming or professional.
The food was another disappointment. It came out way too fast to be fresh, which was already concerning and on top of that, it was extremely salty, to the point where it was hard to eat. Between the rushed presentation and the overpowering flavor, it was clear there was no care put into it at all.
By the time I left, I regretted even giving this place a chance. There are plenty of better options out there I’d recommend choosing any of them instead of this one.
