Regularly come here, best Indian food in Greenville from what I’ve tried. Recently remodeled inside which looks nice plus there is more seating available too now. Idk what their house appetizer is made of, but very tasty with the provided sauce. Love the lamb tikka masala, and for GF options, their chicken saag is yummy. The garlic naan is amazing as well. Definitely recommend if looking for authentic and flavorful Indian food.

Had goat biryani & mango lassi, taste was good. Portion is good enough for 1.5 or 2 people. Indian music was played in low volume & walls were nicely decorated with kolam/rangoli design.
PS: Some earlier reviews mentioned about buffet however no such arrangements any more, it’s only ala carte menu.

A pleasant surprise when I was looking for something nearby for a quick lunch. Saffron is a nice, elegant place, and the food – I ordered the chicken tikka masala – was very nice. I’ll have to come back for dinner sometime!

I ordered Paneer Tikka and Paneer Saag, but both dishes were disappointingly sweet and lacked flavor. The rice looked undercooked and wasn’t enjoyable at all. The garlic naan was just okay, nothing special. Overall, not a satisfying experience.

Just tried take out from this place for the first time and was delighted! Shrimps were big and tender, portions in general were generous for the price and overall quality was very high. Plus, the owners were very friendly, I hope to dine in soon. Delicious!

Amazing experience, wonderful staff and delicious food. Came to saffron for date night with my husband and the atmosphere was very classy, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Recommend the chicken tikka masala and the coconut chicken curry with vegetables. We also got the garlic naan as an appetizer which was amazing. For two people it cost roughly $56 including tip which isn’t that expensive for a place in Greenville. If you’re looking to try Indian cuisine this is the place to go, it was my first time and I left very very pleased.

Stopped here for lunch and had the lamb korma, and lamb tikki masala. Both were delicious and filling would definitely recommend for a quiet and quick lunch!

This is my own opinion when we have a dinner there.
We came to eat on a winter day.The space was cozy, the staff was attentive. Good food, acceptable prices. We order a meal for 2 for $55 including: appetizers , main course and dessert. The food is well seasoned, don’t use too many traditional spices but still let you feel the unique taste of Indian cuisine. As for dessert, I personally don’t like it because it’s nothing special, just rice mixed with cow’s milk and some beans sprinkled on top. The toilet is clean and they have diaper changing table for the baby. in general if you want to try Indian food in this city then this is a place you can stop by. The little thing here is that the staff is not too friendly or enthusiastic to guide you to choose a dish.

Honestly so delicious. I forgot to take photos because I was so busy enjoying my food. The menu had clear labels for Gluten free food and vegan.
