Fantastic pizza!! Me and my boyfriend went here to get a pizza before catching the train and let me tell you, heaven on earth. Ordered ahead and got a large pizza for $24, ready in about 15 minutes. I’ve had some bad experiences with the salads in the past (as others have mentioned), but the pizza experience is like no other. Stringy cheese, fragrant meats, and a good sized crust. ❤️
My one complaint is that the website is a bit out of date and hard to navigate, especially on mobile.

Ordered here a few times before and it was pretty good. Today I ordered two chicken bombs which came to $24 something. I got back to eat and one had a bone and hard chicken that I bit into, and the second had all fatty and tough chicken. I Called them to let them know, they said they would give us a credit the next time we ordered. They offered to remake them but we could not stomach trying them again after biting into bone. So I called and ordered more food, went back to get it. They somehow only took 4$ off of the second $24 order….. I called back and told them and the girl said she wanted the sandwiches that we threw away back in order to give a refund, which wasn’t mentioned when I talked to her the first time and told her I was throwing them both away. This is really wrong, and I will never be going back again. Thai is a picture of the eggplant parm I got the second time going back. Which I also could not eat.

This place is a staple of our city! We love Saco house of pizza. Ask for the pizza to be toasty and you will be amazed.
Salads are fresh, chicken fingers are great and we love the fresh crinkle cut fries. Delivery is always pretty quick too!

I’ve always ordered from here even tho sometimes it takes 2 hours. I get it other deliveries. Sometimes they forget the soda. I loved their wings. But the other day I had their wings. The last wing i notice an odd taste made me ga and spit that last bite out. A few hours later upper abdomen has been hurting since and running to the bathroom. Slight case of food poisoning HEADS UP!!

I enjoy their food and order it fairly often. (When I don’t want to cook) They have made me the wrong order twice.. asked if I wanted my correct order?!? The first time…. second time it was after 9pm and I didn’t want to come back to get my correct sandwich. Instead of crediting me for my order they choose to give me 20% off a sandwich in the future. Very disappointed…. perhaps when it’s the business that makes the error they should take accountability and refund you in full. Also the daughter of the owners is RUDE. Every single time.

Just moved into town recently and wanted to try this place. I ordered take out for a BBQ pizza and it was delicious. The restaurant was very busy at the time but the staff was working very hard and it didn’t bother me waiting 25 minutes for my food. Definitely coming back.

I’ve tried several pizza joints surrounding Saco and so far, this is the best in our area. The crust is between thin and thick and crispy. Sauce was balanced and the right amount. This is now our go too!

Regular customer for several years with weekly orders. Tonight we’re told 45 minutes for delivery which is normal. After 1h 15m I call to check on the order. The gentlemen that answers is polite and looking for answers for me from the staff. In the background I hear a mouthy young girl hollering at him. Then I hear him say “I’m not telling him that, you tell him.” She takes the phone and with attitude proceeds to tell me it’s in route and will be there in 10 min (We live 10min away). Sure enough it shows up 10 minutes later, cold with a crushed box and cheese stuck to the top, fries and onion rings soggy like they’ve sat in a bag oh I don’t know probably 45-60m. I inform the driver I’m not paying for this and that he can call and let them know if he wants and I would gladly explain why and send pictures. He’s speechless. Couldn’t give me a straight answer on how this happened. Finally I get out of him he only had it in his car 10-15 minutes so he confirms it sat at the restaurant waiting and that’s the issue, not him. I immediately call the place to inform them I won’t be paying for this. The young girl with attitude answers and tells me too bad that I have to pay, oh and if you haven’t figured out yet, yes she is the owner’s daughter. Unfortunately the great business her parents built up will be torn down overnight if she’s ever left in charge. After we discuss at length she tells me the best she can do is cook us another one but we still have to pay. Why so I can wait another 1.5 hours for a ruined dinner??? I don’t think so honey. Finally after over 10 minutes of discussion she apologizes. My wife nearly fell on the floor when she heard it because of how obstinate she was in her refusal to take any ownership or accountability for what happened. I informed her it was too late and that she should have apologized right away, we’re done giving this place our business and we will pass the word. It’s sad because the owners are great but apparently their daughter didn’t inherit their skills for customer service or professionalism. STAY AWAY PEOPLE, STAY AWAY!!!!

We ordered online; large pepperoni with sausage, onion, and extra cheese. It was very very good. The sauce was kind of sweet vs spicy. Hands down some of the best pizza I’ve had, hands down.

Delivery was about 1.5h, which I get, you’re busy. I was charged for a soda that I didn’t get. Again, whatever, you’re busy. But opening the pizza to find all the toppings to one side, undercooked and spilled was the moment I realized it was my fault. I just shouldn’t have ordered.
