This pizza shop is not something that looks amazing a hole in the wall that should not be underestimated. The pizza it self is super thin and crunchy. The sauce used take fantastic and it passes the fold test. This pizza shop surprised me HIGHLY Recommended and very affordable $2.50 for slice.

Found this pizza place on OneBite.. very friendly desk easy order process .. crust is a 9 out of 10 good flavor and nicely crispy. Toppings are plentiful and delicious. If I had a delta it would be there could be just a little bit more cheese on the pies as a base. Otherwise the sauce is good nice flavor and already stated the crust is just what you think of when you think Authentic NY pie.

Ordering by the slice is a little different here. The standard cheese is baked first, and then you can have toppings added to your slice after and then it’s reheated.
I got one cheese, and then one with some toppings.
Enjoyed the cheese slice, but not the one with toppings as they kinda just fell off the slice.
If you’re looking a good slice of cheese, highly recommend.
I’m sure a fresh baked pizza with all your toppings is good, but I wouldn’t do by the slice with toppings added again.

A solid NYC slice shop with quick service and good pizza! Very limited space inside so be prepared to walk and eat even if it is cold outside.

I have been going to Sacco since before 1980. My children go; I still go, and now I go with my daughter and grandsons too. We love it. It’s like being home with family. Thank you so much for all the years you have given us the best Pizza in Hell’s Kitchen!

I’ve had this slice since first moving to Hells Kitchen in 1990. It has not changed. One of the thinnest slices I’ve had in NYC. It’s a great slice of pizza. Glad to see OG spots still standing in NYC. A true staple for HK. Salute!

Anybody that comes to New York needs to go to this pizza shop! It’s everything that you need from a pizza. Thin crust! Cheesy goodness! They have other options to customize your pizza, but the classic cheese pizza is top-tier!

Great pizza place.
We came here based on a recommendation from a local bagel shop owner.
Awesome owner/staff. We talked about the Champions League matches between German and Italian teams.
The pizza tastes fantastic and the prices are very fair.
It’s just incredible that places like Joe’s have lines stretching down the block, and here you get served right away. And you even get better pizza here 😉

First time in NY and I swear to GOD I’m glad I chose this spot as my first official pizza from NYC! Staff were friendly, and pizza was godly! Not oily, cheese was oozing, pepperoni hit the spot on the dot! When I come back to NY, this is the place I will be hitting up!
