Long day of moving… tried this place for lunch. Overall pretty good… the tacos were only slightly dry which I think street tacos sometimes are. I would have wanted a little bit more of a moist topping. But pretty good.

Breakfast burrito and the bunuelos were delicious! Added chorizo and potato to my green chili, egg and cheese burrito and it was so good and I feel like it was a 3 pound burrito. The bunuelos were crunchy, but soft and just melt in your mouth. Service was great, wait time was minimal. And if you haven’t experienced it yet…add a shot of horchata to your coffee!

Visiting Denver, found this place on Yelp. I must say I’m very impressed. This restaurant was very clean and they have great customer service. The food is delicious. It tastes like a homemade meal. The drinks were made to perfection you could taste that all fresh ingredients were used to cook and make the drinks. If you live in Denver or just visiting you MUST try here. We ate there twice while visiting. Now every time I visit I’m going to eat there. The food is JUST as delicious as it looks and even better. Don’t even hesitate JUST GO. 🙂 I would even get them catered for an event if I could.

First time here, I read a lot of mixed reviews, but decided to give them a try. The place was hopping when I got there. Lots of ppl ordering food.
The inside was fun and had a nice fiesta feel to it, music was upbeat and not too loud, so if you did dine in you could enjoy convo’s.
The safe were so very welcoming, big smiles and validated your presence and made you feel you were important eating at their establishment. The staff apologized for the wait (2 mins so nothing at all, even though they were busy).
Menu was clear to read and lots to choose from, I decided on the Deluxe ground beef burrito with the homemade green chili.
Food came out pretty quickly, large portion, meat seasoning was good and tasty, the green chili was good. I would have given it a five but just needed something extra to standout. I had tasted a lot of food from NM and sort of got spoilt by the green/red chilies dishes down there.
The food was really good, fresh and yummy! I will definitely be back and probably try some of the other amazing dishes on the menu. I do recommend Sabroso. Great staff, fun atmosphere and great food. Will definitely be back!!

This place makes amazing street tacos and birrias. They give generous portions for a good price. I haven’t tried anything else because the street tacos and birrias are so good but I’m so they’re just as good!
